Welcome to this beautiful one-room apartment in Niendorf, designed for two people and offering a direct view of the Baltic Sea.
This 45-square-meter apartment on the second floor is perfectly equipped for a wonderful holiday on the Baltic Sea; an lift takes you up there in comfort.

The apartment is equipped with two comfortable armchairs that can be reclined, a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray/CD/DVD player, and a stereo system with a radio.
The open-concept kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo pod coffee maker, and a regular coffee maker. You can enjoy your breakfast at the dining table.
You can enjoy a restful night’s sleep in the double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m). The living room is equipped with blackout curtains.
A bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer is also included.

You can store your bicycles in the bike storage room.
An outdoor parking space is reserved for you.
Wi-Fi is available (no replacement or refund in case of outage or malfunction).
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed here.
