Grundsätzlich ist die Ferienwohnung gut für zwei Personen, auch hinsichtlich der Ausstattung. Jedoch besteht ein großes Manko, das wir auch im Feedback vor zwei Jahren schon angesprochen hatten: Das Schlafzimmer lässt sich nicht zufriedenstellend abdunkeln. In der dunklen Jahreszeit über den Jahreswechsel mag das noch hinzunehmen sein, vom Frühjahr bis Herbst indes nicht.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Ihre Mitarbeiter bei der Schlüsselabholung und Rückgabe waren sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Objekt ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Nachbarn mit festem Wohnsitz sind auch sehr nett.

Das Häuschen ist super schön eingerichtet und hat unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen. Unsere Tochter und ihr Freund sind schon erwachsen, daher war die Treppe zum Schlafen ganz oben kein Problem. Kleinere Kinder würde ich da oben nicht einquartieren, die steile Treppe ist für jüngere Kinder nicht geeignet. Ein Kleiderhaken in der Nähe der Garderobe würde sich ganz sicher gut machen. Dann könnte man z.B. eine Tasche oder ein Rucksack dranhängen. Ansonsten haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank. Das Häuschen war bei Ankunft top sauber. Kompliment an die Reinigungskräfte.

Gute Lage u. Ausstattung, Nachbarn sind Hundehasser, Treppe lebensgefährlich

Uns hat es fast alles gefallen, gute Ausstattung und ruhige Lage. Nachteile: Der Hundestrand ist nicht 350m sondern 2000m entfernt, die Nachbarn sind Hundehasser (von einer Frau wurde ich angeschrien und beleidigt), die Haushaltsgeräte sind primitiv und die steile Treppe mit wackeligem Geländer zum oberen Schlafzimmer nahezu lebensgefährlich.

Sowohl telefonisch (glaube Timmendorfer Büro) bei Terminumbuchung schnell erreicht !!! und freundlich Problem sofort gelöst. Freundlichkeit und Infos im Niendorfer Service Büro vor Ort genauso! Also wirklich großes Lob für Freundlichkeit, Schnelligkeit und Kompetenz ! Ging wirklich nicht besser ! Insgesamt gut und ansprechend. Würde ich empfehlen!
