Apartment 2 at Villa Marisol offers you a modern and comfortable holiday experience in the popular Baltic Sea resort of Timmendorfer Strand, with 60 m² of living space on the ground floor. The accommodation is located just about 750 metres from the fine Baltic Sea beach. The town centre is approximately 700 metres away. Shopping options, a variety of restaurants, and attractive recreational activities are all in the immediate vicinity, allowing you to plan your holiday schedule flexibly.

The apartment features an open kitchen that opens onto the living room and a well-thought-out floor plan with a total of three rooms. The large bedroom has a double bed measuring 180x200 cm (separate mattresses). The second bedroom has two single beds (90x200 cm). Pleated blinds and curtains ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. In the tastefully furnished living room, you can relax on the sofa corner. Entertainment is provided by two televisions, a DVD player, a CD player, and a radio.

The fully equipped kitchen features a glass-ceramic stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with built-in freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, as well as a wide range of kitchen utensils. Enjoy your meals together at the dining table in the cosy dining area. A walk-in shower, toilet, and sink provide modern comfort in the bathroom. A hair dryer is available for your use.

Outside, two terraces invite you to relax. The well-maintained garden is perfect for playing, relaxing, or reading.

For active holidaymakers, there’s a wide range of activities in the surrounding area: sailing, surfing, golf, fishing, swimming, horseback riding, beach volleyball, mini-golf, tennis, and cycling are all available, as are jogging, hiking, and long walks in the great outdoors. Located in a quiet area, you’ll be just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, the town centre, and the spa gardens. Built in 2010 in the style of late 19th-century North German spa architecture, this charming villa was constructed with great attention to detail and is architecturally sophisticated.

The tastefully landscaped 835 m² property features a spacious garden with a barbecue area for 6 to 8 people, available for shared use by the house’s guests and illuminated by striking lighting in the evenings.

Each of the four apartments has been individually conceived, designed, and realised by an interior designer, featuring warm wall colours, custom-made furniture, and kitchens. The apartments feature private terraces or covered balconies furnished with high-quality synthetic rattan patio furniture.
Each apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and modern, timeless, high-quality furnishings. They each feature two flat-screen TVs, a hi-fi system, a digital radio in the shower room, and brand-name built-in appliances in the kitchen.

Each apartment has its own designated parking space.
A bicycle parking area and a coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available for our guests’ general use.

A trip to the old Hanseatic city of Lübeck is worthwhile any time of year. The Old Town is characterised by its 12th-century street layout, and with a total of 210 bridges, Lübeck is often referred to as “Little Venice.” A stroll through the narrow alleys and passageways is truly picturesque.

On Otto-Langbehn-Straße, you can enjoy your holiday with the whole family, just a stone’s throw from the Baltic Sea.
