The wood panelling on the ceiling with its exposed beams creates a cosy and unique atmosphere.
The spacious living room features a sofa set, dining area, LCD TV, DVD player, and stereo system. You can spend cosy evenings in front of the wood-burning stove (you must bring your own approved fuel).
The kitchen has a unique design with a small dining area, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. From here, you can access the east-facing balcony.

From the living area, you can access the west-facing balcony, where you can wind down in the evening with a glass of good wine or a cold beer.

The master bedroom features a walk-in closet and a double bed (2x90x200 cm). You’ll also find an LCD TV here.
The two children’s rooms, each with a single bed (90x200 cm), also have a small TV.
The bathroom leaves nothing to be desired, featuring a shower, bathtub, and washing machine.

You can store your luggage in your own basement storage room in the house.
From May 1-15.09.2026, a free beach chair awaits you at Stefan’s beach chair rental.

A parking space is reserved for you.
Wi-Fi is available (no refunds or replacements in case of malfunctions or outages).

Birkenallee Holiday Rental by the Beach: Here you’ll stay in attractively designed 2–4-room apartments ranging from 53 to 128 m². The apartments are equipped to accommodate up to 4 people and all feature either a terrace or a balcony. This way, you can fully enjoy the Baltic Sea air first thing in the morning with a cup of tea.

A shared washing machine is available in the basement for your holiday clothes. There is a bike rack at the building for your bicycles, and a parking space is reserved for your car.
Just 150 metres from the apartment, you can feel the sand between your toes as you walk to the nearest bakery. You can reach additional shopping options and the town centre in 5–7 minutes on foot. Exclusive shops, as well as numerous cafés and restaurants, invite you to stroll and linger.

In the mood for a boat ride? From Plön or Bad Malente, there are various informative tours, such as the “Grand Plön Lake Tour” or the “5-Lake Tour,” where you can also hop off along the way to enjoy the wonderful atmosphere.
