Welcome to this 50-square-meter, 3-room apartment in Niendorf, located on the 4th floor of a well-maintained residential complex. From this sun-drenched apartment, you’re just a stone’s throw from the beach and the Baltic Sea, and you’ll also enjoy the convenience of a swimming pool and sauna right in the building.

The living room, with its cosy sofa set, large LCD TV, DVD recorder, and CD player, is perfect for social gatherings. You can enjoy your meals at the dining table by the window.
The separate kitchenette is fully equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher.

The larger south-facing balcony is perfect for enjoying a cosy cup of coffee or tea in the summer, while the smaller one offers a beautiful view of the fields of East Holstein.

The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a sliding-door closet. The second bedroom features a sturdy bunk bed with high rails. It offers plenty of space even for two older children.
The bathroom is modern and features a bathtub with a fold-down shower screen.
The bathroom and kitchen have light-colored tile flooring; the rest of the apartment is fitted with cosy laminate flooring.

The swimming pool and sauna are located on the top floor of the neighbouring building, overlooking the Baltic Sea, and are accessible via the underground car park.
The swimming pool is open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
The sauna is open on weekends and holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., with separate times for women, men, and mixed use.
The swimming pool is expected to be closed for cleaning and maintenance work from 02.11-13.11.2026, and 01.11-12.11.2027
The residential complex has a children’s playground, lifts, and coin-operated washing machines and dryers.

An underground parking space is reserved for you. The lift can only be used from the ground floor.
Wi-Fi is available (no replacement or refund in case of outage or malfunction)
This is a non-smoking apartment.
One dog is permitted here upon request.

Family-friendly resort: The “Carpe Diem” resort is located just 150 metres from the beach in Niendorf.
Here, you’ll spend your holiday in apartments for 2–4 people, ranging in size from 45 to 50 m², which are easily accessible by lift from the ground floor.
On the terrace or balcony, you can breathe in the first Baltic Sea breeze first thing in the morning.

The on-site sauna provides cosy warmth even on cooler days, and you can take a dip in the adjoining swimming pool all year round.
Shared coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available for your holiday laundry.

One parking space is reserved for each apartment. There is also a storage room for bicycles and a room for strollers in the basement.

The idyllic harbour of Niendorf is just 400 metres away, where you can buy freshly caught fish, and a bakery is also nearby.
You’ll find additional shopping options 1,500 metres away in the town centre or in Timmendorfer Strand, 2,200 metres away.

The shuttle bus on Strandstraße provides good connections to the neighbouring Baltic Sea towns.

The Hansa-Park amusement and family park in Sierksdorf near Neustadt in Holstein is sure to be a blast and well worth a visit.
