Welcome to Villa Stern<br><br>This 3-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand is located on the ground floor, measures 69 square metres, and is equipped to accommodate 2–4 people. <br><br>The apartment features hardwood floors and underfloor heating. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of natural light. <br><br>The cosy living area includes a sofa set, flat-screen TV, stereo system, and dining area.<br>The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop, and an oven.<br><br>From the living area, you have access to the southwest-facing terrace, which features a garden table, chairs, and two lounge chairs. <br>The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2x90x200 cm) and an additional TV. The second bedroom has two single beds (each 90x200 cm). <br>The shower rooms are equipped with glass shower enclosures and floor-to-ceiling showers. One bathroom also has a built-in hair dryer.<br><br>A washer-dryer is available for your use free of charge in the laundry room.<br><br>An underground parking space is reserved for you.<br>Wi-Fi is available (no refund or replacement will be provided in the event of disruptions or outages).<br>A storage room in the basement for bicycles is available. Each apartment features underfloor heating—a particularly welcome feature during the winter months!<br><br>Large windows create a bright, light-filled space! You can enjoy your morning cup of coffee either on the balcony or the terrace. Cosy patio furniture lets you relax comfortably outdoors!<br><br>You have the option to do your laundry here; a communal laundry room is available for this purpose (coin-operated washing machine and dryer)!<br>This way, you can get ready for the next day’s long beach adventures right away. If you’re avid cyclists, there’s a place to store your bikes in the underground car park, where one parking space per apartment is also available for you.<br>Of course, you can take the lift directly from the underground car park to your apartment’s floor.<br><br>It’s about a 10-minute walk to the centre of Timmendorfer Strand, and the beach is just 50 metres away! The town’s shopping, bars, and cafés are also within walking distance. Spend summer evenings on the beach with a glass of wine or a refreshing spritzer, then head “home” to enjoy the rest of the evening in your holiday home.
