Welcome to this beachfront 3-room apartment in Niendorf, located on the ground floor, measuring 64 m², and furnished to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.

The living room is equipped with a cosy sofa set, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a DVD player, and a large dining table with a high chair for children.
In the separate kitchen, you’ll find an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a dishwasher.

From the living room, you have direct access to the northeast-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the morning sun.

The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m, single mattress), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, two nightstands, and a TV with a DVD player (no TV reception).
The apartment has Wi-Fi. (No replacement or refund in case of outage or malfunction)
The children’s room features a bunk bed (2 x 0.90 x 2.00 m) and a cot. A high chair is also available for your use.
A beautiful bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and hair dryer rounds out this apartment.

A parking space is reserved for you in the underground garage.
Since your underground parking space is a duplex space (two cars parked one above the other), it is only permitted for vehicles with maximum dimensions of 5.0 m in length, 1.9 m in width, 1.5 m in height, and a total weight of 2,000 kg.
The 1.90 m high entrance to the underground car park is located off Travemünder Landstraße.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an alternative parking space.

This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed here.

Quiet holiday complex near the beach: The apartments are stylishly furnished for 2–4 people and range from 50 to 64 m².
The modern residential complex is quietly located on a cul-de-sac.

There is a separate room for your bicycles in the underground car park. A parking space with duplex access is, of course, reserved for you here as well.

The fine-sand beach is just 100 metres away, where you can dive right into the ocean. There’s also a bakery nearby.
The centre of Niendorf and shopping options are about 500 metres from your holiday complex.

A must-see is the beautifully designed harbour with its boats and small yachts.
Here you can feast at one of the restaurants or buy freshly caught fish for your holiday meals at home.

A trip to the Hanseatic city of Lübeck, a good 20 kilometres away, is definitely worth it.
Here, you can take a harbour and canal cruise past the beautiful gabled houses, or visit the Niederegger Marzipan Museum and enjoy a little treat.
