Die Wohnung hat eine gut eingerichtete Küche, ein großes Wohn- Esszimmer, mit Holzmöbeln auch im Schlafzimmer und Kinderzimmer. Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Forggensee. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig im Ortsteil Osterreinen.
