This special 60-square-meter holiday apartment is one of four apartments in the entire holiday park designated as penthouse apartments and can accommodate up to 4 people.

The cosy living-dining room features a comfortable sofa set with two armchairs, a fold-down bed, and a flat-screen TV.

In another separate room, there are two single sofa beds—which can be pushed together—as well as a lovely dining area right by the window.

The simple kitchenette features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner glass-ceramic stove, as well as a dishwasher and a washing machine.

The bathroom, which has a window, is equipped with a toilet, a shower stall, and a mirror cabinet.

The highlight of this apartment is the large rooftop terrace with a sensational ocean view.

Please note that the lift in Building B only goes up to the 9th floor, and you’ll then have to climb about 16 steps to reach the 10th floor!

Bed linens (€12 per person) and towels (€8 per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after you’ve completed your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

Resort:

The resort consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.
Inside, you’ll find many different holiday apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are conveniently accessible by lift.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 metres away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus closer to your accommodation—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.

Leisure activities include, among others:
- Swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with an adventure pier
- Water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbour: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, SUP, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Centre: 1.4 km away)
- Sports activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and cycling (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the holiday park)
- Flying kites and playing on the huge kite field towards the beach
- Walks along the nearby cliffs
- Mini-golf at the Dünengolf course
- Let the little ones burn off energy at the various playgrounds in the holiday centre and around the inland lake
- Wellness & Beauty at the “Aktiv-Hus-Spa” with an exercise pool, sauna, massages, etc., right at the holiday park

Doctors & REHABILITATION, Sports
The rehabilitation centre, located 300 metres away, the local doctors and specialists, and the proximity to the nearest hospital as well as dialysis facilities (Oldenburg i.H.: 12 km away) offer excellent infrastructure for your outpatient spa stay.

Parking
A large car park is located at the back of the holiday park. Here, you can park your vehicle for an extended period free of charge. The spaces are marked according to the house numbers, but you are free to choose any available spot. In front of the houses, you’ll find a short-term parking area (30 minutes) for loading and unloading.
