This lovingly renovated, newly furnished apartment for 2 adults and 1–2 children is located in a quiet area and is ideal for all ages. Access is at ground level via the underground garage; a staircase from the entrance leads up to the apartment.

• New, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and mini oven for fresh rolls

• Smeg refrigerator

• Modern bathroom with shower and WC

• Covered terrace with side view of Grünten, green meadows, and grazing cows – perfect for enjoying the sunset

• Wi-Fi, TV, coffee/tea

• Online bread roll delivery service

• Underground parking with bike storage

• Coin-operated washing machine in the neighboring building

• Heated indoor pool (year-round). Currently not available.

• Sauna (use available for an extra charge)

• Table tennis and foosball



The area offers lakes, hiking trails, and in winter, 40 km of groomed cross-country ski trails. Shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away by car. There is a pizzeria on site. A kiosk with beer garden by the lake offers delicious food, a playground, and pedal boat rental.

Pros: Sehr nette Gastgeberin die Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos funktioniert, sehr ruhige Lage in fünf Minuten zu Fuß am See. Der Pool einfach super. Toll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Terrasse ideal.
