Wohnung schön, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Einziger Wermutstropfen, im Eingangsbereich wurde man von einem muffigen Geruch nach Schimmel, Moder und Keller empfangen. Dieser Geruch zog auch die Treppe zur Wohnung im 1.OG hoch, bis vor die Eingangstür der Wohnung. Nach Reklamation wurde lediglich ein Raumduft aufgestellt, mit der Nachricht, es sei kein muffiger Geruch feststellbar. Dieser schlug einem jedoch schon an der Haustür und erst recht hinter der Abschlusstür der Wohnung entgegen. Leider keine zufriedenstellende Lösung.

Der große Südbalkon ist gerade im Frühjahr bei schönem Wetter richtig klasse. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich. Das große Tagessofa hat uns sehr angesprochen und dass die Zimmer schön ruhig waren. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten und sauber war auch alles. Für den Preis; tip top.

Wir waren eine Woche dort und fanden es sehr angenehm. Da schon etwas älter, schätzen wir den Balkon und das herrliche Wetter. Dass wir erst in den ersten Stock mussten, war nicht so schön, dafür entschädigten uns aber die gemütliche Wohnung und der sonnige Balkon. Wir konnten viel unternehmen, kleine Touren nach Horumersiel, oder auch nach Schillig an den Strand. Für uns war es richtig toll, absolute Empfehlung, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG in sehr ruhiger Lage . Zum nächsten Edeka sind es gut 5 Autominuten, Strand Schillig 10 Minuten, Strand am alten Deich knapp 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wilhelmshaven, Jever, Carolinensiel, Neuharlingersiel alles im Rahmen bis zu 20 Autominuten zu erreichen. Komplett ausgestattete Küche absolut TOP , Waschmaschine im Badezimmer für längere Aufenthalte, alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, ein paar Kleinigkeiten gibt es immer, die mal nicht passen, aber das war nichts Gravierendes. In unseren Augen Preis Leistungsverhältnis völlig in Ordnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder und auch gerne in diese Ferienwohnung.

Schöne gemütliche Wohnung mit schönem hellen Wohnzimmer. Die etwas ungewöhnliche Lösung mit dem Tagessofa fanden wir klasse. Und der Blick in die Landschaft ist traumhaft. Klasse ist auch der Balkon, auf dem es selbst im Frühjahr schon schön warm ist, weil gut windgeschützt.
