Thanks to its elevated location, the apartment gets sunlight all day long, and you can enjoy a great view of the surrounding mountains, the town of Mondsee, and across the lake. The public swimming area “Schwarzindien” is about a 2-minute walk away (approximately 250 m). Sports activities such as biking, running, and hiking can be started right from the apartment. Other recreational activities (golf, water sports, fishing, rock climbing, mountaineering, etc.) are available in the immediate vicinity. The centre of Mondsee is 1.5 km away, and the centre of Salzburg—the city of culture and Mozart—is 25 km away. Within a 1.5-km radius, you’ll find all the necessary shops, farm stands, banks, coffeehouses, and various inns and restaurants.

Schwarzindien Holiday Rental:

The holiday rental comprises an entire ground-floor level of the house, features a separate entrance, a private, enclosed terrace with an awning, a private garden area, and 2 parking spaces. The 78 m² apartment is laid out as follows: an entryway with a coat rack, a bedroom (double bed), a living room with a pull-out couch (sleeps one adult or two children), a kitchen-living room, a bathroom with a window, as well as a storage room and a lockable storage area for bicycles and other sports equipment. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, iron, refrigerator, electric stove, cable TV, radio, bed linens, towels, Wi-Fi, dishes, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, patio furniture, lounge chairs, etc. Our holiday rental is designed for solo travellers and couples. However, it is also ideally suited for families with a baby (cot, changing pad, and high chair provided), toddlers, or up to two older children (< 16 years old).
The holiday rental is at ground level and accessible from the terrace via 3 steps. The bathroom features a bathtub with an integrated shower
