Spacious, clean, well-equipped apartment.

The apartment suited our large extended family perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms spacious and bathroom very clean. The location is good, with supermarkets very close by. The only negative was that the dryer was out of order but there was a large drying rack so we could dry our clothes on that. The TV was faulty in the one bedroom. Other than that, it was a very pleasant 4 nights and very good value for money.

Dear Peter, thanks a lot for your feedback! Really sorry that the dryer and one of the 3 TVs did not work properly - both were not more than 6 months old. We replaced them directly after your short stay - so everything would be ready for your next stay ; - )

Clean and close to shopping essentials

The rooms were clean and well-looked after. We had no trouble with getting access to the flat nor with getting help when we asked for it, but it was very noisy (downstairs neighbour sat outside windows drinking and talking loudly till early hours of the morning 4 out of 5 nights, and traffic was quite loud). We would suggest fans for hot weather (34 degrees Celsius during our visit) and some lounge chairs for a more comfortable experience.
Response from VrboOwner on 23 Mar, 2020
Thank you so much for your comments; which we took up to get back our continuous 5-star rating. We also talked to our neighbours, who had friends visiting for some days. They promised us quiteness after 10pm in view of our guests and other neighbours. We would happy to welcome you again ! In case of any issues, kindly approach us directly when it occurs so that we can change it for the remaining days of your stay. ) Our target is always that our place feels like a "Second Home" ! ; - )

Last but not least: Esslingen ist echt eine Reise wert!
