Leider über das falsche Buchungsportal gebucht

Über die Ferienwohnung selber und die Agentur vor Ort kann ich nur positives berichten. Leider mussten wir nach der Buchung über FeWo-direkt feststellen, dass eine Buchung über die ortsansässige Agentur für das selbe Objekt deutlich günstiger gewesen wäre. Dieser Mehrpreis, der uns durch FeWo-direkt entstanden ist, ist nicht akzeptabel. Noch weniger, dass wir nie eine Antwort auf die Nachfrage, wie sich der Mehrpreis errechnet, bekommen haben. Für uns ist eine weitere Buchung bei FeWo-direkt ausgeschlossen.
