We are thrilled to share the picturesque views of Mt. Baker National Forest and the soothing sounds of Glacier Creek year-round right next to our spacious deck! Our three-bedroom cabin comfortably sleeps six, while providing an open layout conducive to conversation. Our cabin provides a comfortable and even luxurious base for nature, romance, recreation, and friendly gatherings.
NOTE: This property is dog-friendly and home to a dog. An additional pet fee does apply (please see below).
The space
The cabin is situated above and just next to Glacier Creek and directly across from Mt. Baker National Forest. Our large deck offers you the sights and sounds of the creek and forest. The deck also features a hot tub, gas firebowl, and grills.
Inside, the cabin’s “great room” offers an open layout between the modern, spacious kitchen, the dining area with a hand-made table and wood fireplace, and living room with a gas fireplace. Up to six guests can comfortably sleep in the three bedrooms (king bed, queen bed, and full day bed, with a twin trundle underneath). We also offer satellite TV, dvd player, and wifi. Our garage allows you to store your car and gear comfortably.
Please note that we clean the cabin with eco-friendly products.
Guest access
The neighborhood offers various amenities to owners (pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, etc.), but unfortunately, these are not available to renters.
Other things to note
Pet fee is $35 per dog per stay to cover extra cleaning. Maximum is 2 dogs. The pet fee is requested after the booking is confirmed (i.e. it is a separate charge after you check out). Sorry but no cats allowed owing to owner allergies.
There is no cell service at the cabin and very little in the area. We do have a landline and include free unlimited phone calls within the USA at no extra cost. We also have internet service so you can do WiFi calling if your phone allows. Currently, internet speed is limited in the Glacier area - speed is OK for streaming music, emails, browsing, watching movies, etc., but may or may not be able to handle video calls.
Power outages in the Glacier area frequently occur. However, we are connected to an automatic standby generator so you will have no issues if the local power goes out.
Based on past experiences, we are no longer accepting requests from people with no prior reviews from other hosts.
