The 67 m² “MEERzeit” 3-room holiday apartment in Haus Stubnitz in Binz-Prora accommodates up to four people and combines modern living comfort with an exceptional location between the coastal forest and the Baltic Sea. A special bonus: During the season, your own XL beach chair (2.5-seater) is available to you free of charge and exclusively on the beach.
The covered balcony facing the sea, furnished with high-quality patio furniture for four people, invites you to linger from breakfast in the morning through to a relaxing end to the day. The dune and woodland landscape just offshore creates a natural atmosphere and underscores the special character of this location.

The Location
The light-filled apartment is located on the second floor of the modern building and is easily accessible by lift.
The unique location in Prora combines a beach holiday, nature, and numerous recreational opportunities. Right on site are the Prora Documentation Centre, the Rügen Vintage Car Museum, the Galileo World of Knowledge, the Binz-Prora Climbing Forest, and the Rügen Natural Heritage Centre with its impressive treetop trail. The popular Karls Adventure Village is also within easy reach.
Two bakeries within walking distance provide fresh rolls in the morning. In addition, you’ll find several bistros, a restaurant, small shops, and a bike rental service in the immediate vicinity. A modern EDEKA supermarket (which also has a bakery) with a wide selection and a spacious car park is only about 1.3 km away. A sailing school is also located nearby.
If you’d like to treat yourself to something extra, you can purchase day passes at the nearby Dormero Strandhotel for access to the wellness area, which features a pool, a children’s pool, a sauna, and a fitness area.

This tastefully furnished, non-smoking holiday apartment offers high-quality living comfort with underfloor heating, free Wi-Fi, and floor-to-ceiling windows in some areas, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.
The open-concept living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment. Here, a comfortable couch and modern entertainment system—featuring a large smart TV, soundbar, Blu-ray player, and Xbox—invite you to relax. A variety of board games are also available for social evenings.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for a relaxing and carefree holiday. This includes, among other things, a dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, and numerous practical kitchen gadgets.

Restful Sleep
Two separate bedrooms ensure privacy and restful nights.
The master bedroom features a comfortable box-spring double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m) and direct access to the bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two single box-spring beds (each 0.90 × 2.00 m) and is ideal for children, friends, or other family members.
In addition to the pleated blinds, high-quality blackout curtains in both bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep by allowing for nearly complete darkness. Both bedrooms also feature their own TV and a fan.

Bathroom and Amenities
The stylish bathroom features a spacious, walk-in shower, toilet, sink, makeup mirror, hair dryer, heated towel rack, and underfloor heating.
Additionally, a separate guest bathroom with a sink and makeup mirror is available.

Insect screens on the windows provide extra comfort even during the summer months.

On the same floor, there is a separate room with a washing machine, dryer, and convenient storage space for suitcases. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
