From here, you can reach the beach and the promenade in just a few minutes’ walk.

The Location
The modern and cheerfully furnished apartment faces west and is located on the third floor of the historic Kurhaus. The Baltic Sea and the white sandy beach are just 40 m away and can be reached in a few minutes’ walk. Here you can enjoy the refreshing seaside climate, for example, on long walks or while relaxing in a beach chair. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as charming recreational activities and places to visit.


Amenities This cosy, non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped open kitchen with a mini-oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and freezer compartment. The combined living and dining area features a TV and hi-fi system with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a double sleeper sofa. Both the dining table and the cosy seating area offer plenty of space to enjoy pleasant moments over breakfast or after an eventful day at the beach. From the apartment, you have a side view of the nearby Baltic Sea. The apartment is also equipped with an iron and ironing board and a mini-safe. The separate bedroom features a large double bed (2 x 0.90 x 2.00). The bedroom window overlooks the atrium, the building’s landscaped, covered courtyard.

Special Features
Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are welcome. The holiday complex features coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as bicycle storage in the underground car park. An underground parking space for vehicles with a maximum weight of 2,000 kg (maximum clearance height 1.80 m, maximum vehicle length 5 m) can be booked as needed. You can access the apartment via a separate exterior entrance.
