The Upstalsboom 2-room apartment, ussp104, is located in the Strandpark holiday complex in Heringsdorf on Usedom. With 45 square metres of living space and a terrace, it is suitable for 4 people. Of particular note are the direct beach access and the beautiful location in the middle of a park.

Location
The holiday apartment faces northeast and is located on the ground floor. You can reach the beach just beyond the beach promenade adjacent to the property.

Amenities
The apartment features free Wi-Fi and includes a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen TV, a living area with a double sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system, as well as a terrace surrounded by greenery.
The interior of this comfortable holiday rental consists of a fully equipped open kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge-freezer. The terrace is bright and sunny in the morning and is surrounded by greenery.
Upon request, we can provide a cot and a high chair for a fee.

Special features
The Strand-Park has its own sauna area with a sauna and an infrared sauna. The sauna area is available to you daily starting at 5:00 PM free of charge. Dressing gowns are available for rent at the service office for a fee.
The resort also features a shared car park, bike racks, coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, which are available to you in the laundry room. Pets are not allowed in this apartment
