Located on the northeast side, the apartment is on the third floor—the top floor—of Building 1 of “Strand-Park”—nestled within a well-maintained park and right on the promenade and beach of Heringsdorf.

Amenities
Equipped with a shower room, a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a flat-screen TV and a hi-fi system, as well as a small bedroom with two single beds and a storage room, the apartment also offers a beautiful view of the beach promenade.
The holiday apartment also features a fully equipped open kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. The apartment has free Wi-Fi. In winter, you’ll have a view of the Baltic Sea from your apartment.
Upon request, we can provide a cot and a high chair for a fee. Please note the characteristic sloped ceilings of this attic apartment. The children’s bedroom has a lower ceiling height, and the entrance is only 1.40 m high.

The Strand-Park has its own sauna area with a sauna and an infrared sauna. The sauna area is available to you daily starting at 5:00 p.m. free of charge. Dressing gowns are available for rent at the service office for a fee.
The resort also features a shared car park, bike racks, coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, which are available to you in the laundry room. Your dog is welcome in this apartment. A beach chair on the beach is available to you free of charge during the season. Please note that if you bring your four-legged friend, the beach chair is not located on the dog beach.
