The 70-square-meter Upstalsboom 3-room apartment, kboa321-1, is located in a quiet area on the second row of the traffic-calmed Ostseeallee in Kühlungsborn. The nearby city forest is perfect for bike rides, and the beautiful Baltic Sea beach is just a few hundred metres away.

The Location
The apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building in Kühlungsborn West. The south-facing balcony overlooks the idyllic city forest.

The Amenities
This allergy-friendly apartment with free Wi-Fi accommodates up to 6 people and is particularly popular with families with children. One bedroom has a double bed, another has a bunk bed, and there is a double sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) in the living room; these can be supplemented with a cot for an additional fee (a high chair is also available for an extra charge). The bedrooms have vinyl flooring, and the pillows are filled with down.
The holiday apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. The fully equipped, separate kitchen includes an oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. The bathroom, which features a walk-in shower and a hair dryer, has a window. The living room is equipped with a high-quality TV and hi-fi system, including a flat-screen TV.
