With its stunning view of the lake, three comfortably furnished rooms, and 64 m² of living space, it can accommodate up to six people. The spacious terrace invites you to relax and creates a cosy living atmosphere in a unique setting.

Location
This cosy holiday rental is located in Building 2, facing southwest and on the ground floor of the popular Seehof apartment complex—beautifully situated between the Baltic Sea beach and Lake Schloonsee.

Amenities
The apartment features two separate bedrooms, one with a box-spring double bed and the other with two single beds. The bedroom with the single beds has its own TV (34 inches). The living area is equipped with a sleeper sofa (1.20 m x 2.00 m) and a 43-inch SMART TV. You’ll also have access to a bathroom with a shower and a terrace overlooking the neighbouring Schloonsee.
This non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped open kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and freezer. Upon request, we can provide a cot and a high chair for a fee.

Special Features
Pets are welcome in this family-friendly apartment.
For a fee, you can use the in-house washing machine and dryer. An ironing board and iron are available for shared use in the laundry room. The complex features a sauna, which is available to you daily starting at 5:00 PM free of charge.

A designated parking space in the building’s underground garage—which features a double-parking system and a height restriction—can be booked for an additional fee. Please carefully compare your car’s dimensions with the manufacturer’s specifications in the "Photo Gallery" on our website beforehand. Instructions for using the double-parking system’s parking spaces can be found directly in the underground garage. Use of the parking spaces is at your own risk and responsibility. We would like to point out that charging electric cars using the building’s electrical system is prohibited. Please use public charging stations instead.

The sauna area at the Großer Seehof will be unavailable from 02.03.2026 until approximately the end of September 2026 due to renovation work.

The Seehof offers you a private sauna area, an lift, and coin-operated washing machines and dryers for shared use. The individual holiday apartments feature free Wi-Fi and, depending on the unit, a balcony, terrace, or ocean view. Your four-legged friend is also welcome in select apartments.
