The apartment is located on the 3rd floor on the west and north sides of the complex, in Building 1, Entrance A.

The Amenities
This stylish, non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi and consists of a bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 x 2.00 m), a living area with a double sofa bed and pleated blinds for privacy, a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower partition, and two small balconies with balcony furniture for 4 people and a partial lake view.
The holiday apartment is rounded out by a fully equipped open kitchen with an electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as a hair dryer, iron with ironing board, and a TV/hi-fi system with two flat-screen TVs and a Blu-ray/DVD player.

Special Features
The holiday complex features its own wellness area with a pool, two saunas, a fitness room, and a relaxation room, which is available to you daily (the area is closed only during the 3rd and 4th calendar weeks of the year due to maintenance work).
