Pebble Beach G-305 is a Third Floor Oceanside Studio Condo with 1 Queen bed and 1 bath located in the professionally landscaped Pebble Beach Oceanfront Gated Condominium Community off Coast Guard Road within walking distance to family theme parks, kiddy race tracks, arcades & resturants.

-Parking limited to 2 vehicles.
-2 parking passes per rental.
-No elevators.
-No golf carts allowed.
-No pets allowed.
-No boats, trailers, or towed items allowed.

Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

No Smoking.

No Pets.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
