This exclusive and lovingly furnished 2-room apartment with a balcony is located on the 3rd floor of the “Südwind” apartment building and is accessible by lift. All rooms are tiled and equipped with heated floors. The bedroom and living room have direct access to a shared balcony. A beach chair, balcony chairs, and a table invite you to relax. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a large closet, and a state-of-the-art TV. The living area features a large couch, armchairs, and a table, as well as a state-of-the-art satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dining table with comfortable seating. In addition to a toilet and shower, the bathroom also features a bathtub. A large storage closet provides additional space. The large panoramic windows offer a view through the dune forest to the Baltic Sea.<br><br>The apartment comes with a private parking space, a children’s playground, and a covered bike rack.<br><br>In the basement, you’ll find 2 coin-operated washing machines and 2 coin-operated dryers, as well as the communal pool and sauna.<br><br>Please note that the holiday apartment is generally rented without bed linens and towels. (Pillows and beds are provided.)
