Schlechter als erwartet

Leider befindet sich das Objekt nicht in Heringsdorf, wie das Inserat suggeriert, sondern in der Gemeinde Heringsdorf, ca. 3,5 Kilometer vom Strand und der Promenade entfernt. In dem Ort gibt es außer ein paar Häusern nichts, kein Restaurant, kein Bäcker oder etwa Fahrradverleih. Auch die vermeintliche Lage am Gothensee ändert daran nichts, denn der See ist nicht zugänglich. Daher tägliche Autofahrt egal wohin, nervige Parkplatzsuche und Parkgebühren von 1,50 pro Stunde. Auch ein abendlicher Spaziergang an der Strandpromenade oder die Nutzung eines Fahrradverleihes setzt die Anreise mit dem Auto voraus. Das Haus selbst ist äußerlich in die Jahre gekommen und sehr hellhörig. Jeder Treppengang der Nachbarn ist im eigenen Haus laut und deutlich zu hören. Unklar ist auch welcher Parkplatz zu welchem Haus gehören soll, da wären zumindest Beschriftungen empfehlenswert. Alles in allem nicht empfehlenswert, es sei denn man ist selbst taub, nimmt einen tauben Hund mit, packt seine eigenen Fahrräder ein und ist bereit für die oben genannten Umstände 1.000 Euro pro Woche zu bezahlen.
