Die Unterkunft war hübsch eingerichtet und hatte sogar 2 Terassen. Wir sind mit Kleinkind gereist und hatten alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit vorgefunden. Wünsche an den Gastgeber wurden prompt erfüllt. Die Ferienwohnung liegt günstig zur Ostsee und mit dem Bus ist man schnell in Warnemünde

Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt in Feldrandlage. Der Ort ist ruhig, idyllisch, erholend und wunderschön. Mit dem super angeschlossenem Linienbusverkehr oder mit dem Auto ist man in 5-10 Minuten mitten in Warnemünde.Die Ferienwohnung ist für 4 Personen maximal ausreichend. Wunderschön mit einer Terrasse, einem Balkon und einem kleinen Garten. Der Wintergarten bietet extra Platz. Der Gastgeber ist immer erreichbar und die Kommunikation ist einwandfrei. Rund um ein super Urlaub!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt, die Ferienwohnung ist gut aufgeteilt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Messer sind leider nicht mehr sehr scharf und die Heizung im Bad war nicht ausreichend. Der kleine Garten mit Terrasse ist sehr gemütlich!Eine sehr schöne ÖPVN nach Warnemünde!Herr Teichert ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber!

In der Küche sind zu wenig Ablageflächen und Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel usw. Außerdem konnten wir kein öffentliche rechtsliches TV gucken, nur Netflix usw. Ein Eßtisch im Wohnzimmer wäre auch von Vorteil

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig etwas außerhalb von Warnemünde, was aber den Vorteil hat, daß immer ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung steht. Der Strand von Warnemünde war gut mit dem Bus erreichbar. Praktisch war der zum Haus gehörende Strandkorb, der im Strandbereich nahe einer Bushaltestelle stand. Die Ferienwohnung an sich war , bis auf Kleinigkeiten nach (zB. fehlender Kleiderschrank im 2. Schlafzimmer, es gab nur eine Aufhängung mit Bügeln und ein Regal) wie beschrieben. Schön war, dass es 2 Terrassen gab, eine vor und ein 2. hinter dem Haus zum Garten hin. Es gab ausreichend Balkonmöbel auf beiden. Reklamationen beim Vermieter, wie eine zerbrochene Abdeckung in der Dusche bei Anreise und ein schlechter TV Empfang wurden sofort bearbeitet. Leider war die Ausstattung der Küche für 5 Personen etwas dürftig aber dank der Spülmaschine war es nicht so gravierend. Insgesamt hat uns die Zeit sehr gefallen und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung!

Sehr ruhige und saubere Ferienwohnung in direkter Nähe zum Strand und nur wenige Minuten von Warnemünde entfernt. War ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett. Auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Keine Weiterempfehlung

Haus war schmutzig. 5 Nächte ein kleines Geschirrtuch, keine Möglichkeit Handtücher zu wechseln. Angekommen und es gab nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier, auf Anfrage bekamen wir noch welche. Haus sieht abgelebt aus, Fahrräder sind alt und ölig, den Strandkorb haben wir nicht besucht. Das Haus ist eine Geldquelle ohne Liebe, keine kleinen Extras, nichts was erkennen lässt, hier sind Gäste willkommen. Selten so eine ungepflegte Ferienwohnung gesehen. Eine Waschmaschine wäre empfehlenswert, falls dort länger Urlaub gemacht wird, ist ja eigentlich auch Standard. Keine Weiterempfehlung. Preis Leistung unteres Niveau.

Es war super. Mit den Eltern mit Rollstuhl, Rollator etc. Es war ein toller Urlaub die Wohnung sehr schön gelegen. Direkt ein Reiterhof für die Tochter 500 Meter weiter, was will man mehr. Im Wintergarten haben wir schön gesessen auch bei kaltem Wetter, es war schön hell dort. Den Strandkorb am Strand zur Nutzung, perfekt !

Wohnung wie beschrieben

Wir waren im Oktober in der Ferienwohnung. Das Wetter war kalt und grau, durch den Wintergarten gibt es eine Kältebrücke. Mit vorgezogenem Vorhang, der die Kälte vom Wintergarten abschirmt, ist der weitere Wohnbereich dunkel. Die Wohnung ist gut beheizbar. Vor dem Badezimmerfenster fehlte uns ein Blickschutz. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen.

Rundum schöner Urlaub

Rundum schöner Urlaub in der Heimat. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert, die Ferienwohnung sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber, es fehlte uns an nichts. Ein großes Highlight, der dazugehörige Strandkorb. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Urlaub in Wohnung mit guter und ausreichender Ausstattung und toller Lage

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Fragen an den Vermieter wurde stets unverzüglich beantwortet. Die Lage der individuell eingerichteten Wohnung ist klasse, sehr ruhig gelegen in ca. 500 Meter Entfernung zu einem großen Reiterhof und geschätzt ca. 1 km Luftlinie zum Strand. Der im Mietpreis inbegriffene Strandkorb nahe der Ufereinkaufsmeile Warnemünde ist sicher auch von nicht zu unterschätzendem Vorteil. Da wir mit meiner Mama verreist sind, war es von großem Vorteil, dass im zweiten Schlafzimmer direkt eine eigene Toilette mit Waschbecken war. Insgesamt eine Tooplocation, um mit der Familie Urlaub an der Ostsee zu machen. Wir danken dem Vermieter!

Eine sehr schöne, gemütliche FeWo in TOP Lage. Egal ob Steilklippe Wilhelmshöhe, Strand/ Hafen Warnemünde oder Rostock direkt: alles leicht zu erreichen. Kommunikation und Buchung schnell und einfach. Anreise unkompliziert und kontaklos möglich. Empfehlenswert und gerne wieder!

Gemütlich und gute Lage

Gemütliche kleine Ferienwohnung. Sehr gut haben uns die beiden Schlafzimmer mit den großen Betten gefallen. Alles in allem war es schön für unseren Kurztrip nach Diedrichshagen. Kommunikation und Check-In waren sehr gut. Wir haben uns recht wohl gefühlt. (Wäre das Wetter besser gewesen, wären wir sehr gern einmal mit den Beach Bikes zum Strand mit Strandkorb gefahren...)

Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden! 4 Personen kommen bequem unter. Ein kleines Manko ist die Ausstattung der Küche z. Bspl. mit ausreichend Besteck für 4 Personen. Aber insg. positiv und sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter!
