We’ve furnished the apartment with great attention to detail to ensure nothing stands in the way of a relaxing North Sea holiday.



The “Birte” holiday apartment is a 90 m² three-room apartment that accommodates up to 4 people. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a four-unit holiday home and features two rooftop terraces, both furnished with high-quality patio furniture.

In front of the house, there is a private parking space and a lockable wooden shed that provides storage for bicycles, strollers, and sports equipment.

You enter the apartment via an outdoor staircase leading to the first (covered) rooftop terrace, which measures 9 m².

The apartment accommodates 4 people and features two bedrooms,
each with a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed.

Both bedrooms are equipped with high-quality box-spring beds, pleated blinds, and blackout curtains, as well as 43-inch smart TVs, and offer ample closet space. The rooms are bright yet cosy.

The heart of the apartment is the light-filled living and dining room. It features an inviting dining area with four chairs and a cosy, large corner sofa next to the comfortable wood-burning stove—perfect for reading and playing cards—and, like the two bedrooms, is equipped with a 55-inch Samsung Smart TV.


For tax reasons, the visitor’s tax and the mandatory linens package cannot be billed through the portal.
Therefore, these costs must be paid to us via bank transfer prior to arrival.

Visitor’s tax: €4 per day for adults, €2.80 per day for children

Cost of bed linens and towel set: €25 per person per booking (excluding infants)
