The “Auszeit im Sielhuus” penthouse is located on the second floor of a modern building with an lift, right on the Siel in the small fishing village of Fedderwardersiel—just a few steps from the crab boat harbour and the Wadden Sea, an UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site.

**Living & Relaxing**
The spacious living area, featuring a comfortable sofa nook, three armchairs, and a gas fireplace, invites you to enjoy cosy moments—whether watching an exciting film or reading by the flickering light of the fire. Modern underfloor heating ensures a pleasant atmosphere even on cooler days. The smart TV with a Blu-ray player, CD player, and a selection of books, games, and DVDs offers entertainment for all ages. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and leaves nothing to be desired—perfect for cooking together and enjoying long meals at the large dining table.

**Sleeping**
Three lovingly furnished bedrooms with comfortable double beds (each featuring a full-length topper) ensure a restful night’s sleep. Each room has its own TV, ample storage space, seating, and blackout curtains and pleated blinds. We’ve also thought of our little guests: a cot with a hygienic mattress pad, as well as a high chair, children’s tableware, a bottle warmer, and a vaporizer are provided.

**Wellness Bathroom with Sauna**
The holiday rental features two stylish bathrooms. Both are equipped with a walk-in shower, a large LED mirror, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer. Your private sauna awaits you in the daylight-filled bathroom. Here you can relax and enjoy the warmth after an eventful day of holiday.

The beds are freshly made upon arrival. Towels are not included. You can optionally add them during the booking process for your holiday or directly after booking through the relevant service provider.

The apartment includes a designated parking space directly in front of the building. Thanks to the lift, you can access the apartment barrier-free. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. According to the manufacturer, an air purifier ensures virtually virus-free indoor air and a completely safe, comfortable environment.

**Location & Surroundings**
Fedderwardersiel is located directly on the North Sea—surrounded by dikes, mudflats, and the small crab fishing boat harbour. From here, you can set out on walks, mudflat hikes, or bike rides along the coast. Day trips to the islands or to Bremerhaven are also great options. Restaurants, playgrounds, and shopping are all within easy reach.
