From the fully stocked kitchen to the deck-side propane grill, every detail is set up so you can simply arrive and unwind.

The basement is your go-to hangout zone - fire up the Xbox 360, deal a hand at the poker table, or crack open a board game. The 65" smart TV down here makes movie nights effortless. Upstairs in the living room, another 65" smart TV anchors the main gathering space.



Kitchen & Dining



The kitchen is stocked for real cooking - not just reheating. You'll find a full suite of cookware including a stockpot, roasting pan, baking pan, frying pan, and mixing bowls. Small appliances include a coffee maker, blender, crockpot, toaster, and mixer. Grilling utensils are included for deck cookouts. Dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, and microwave round out the setup.



Technology



Three smart TVs total - 65" in the living room, 65" in the basement, and a 32" in the top floor right bedroom. All TVs are streaming-ready (no cable). WiFi provided through Blue Ridge internet.



Outdoor



The main floor deck hosts the propane grill with a full set of grilling tools. Throw blankets are stocked inside for cool evenings by the fireplace.



Laundry



Full-size washer and dryer on site - great for longer stays or ski trips where gear gets wet.



Community Amenities



Maple Manor is part of the Northridge at Camelback HOA community, which includes a tennis court available for guest use - located at the HOA building on Quail Ln.



Amenities & Shared Spaces



The HOA tennis court is a short walk away at the community building on Quail Ln. Overflow parking is located across Camelback Rd from Quail Ln when the driveway is full. A community dumpster is located on Camelback Rd directly across from Quail Ln.



Guest Access:

Check-in is self-guided and easy with a keyless entry lock. A backup lockbox is mounted inside the front door frame with a key. Your host is available to assist remotely and will be in touch with arrival details before your stay.

Tannersville puts you right at the base of the Poconos' most popular mountain attractions - and Maple Manor is as well-positioned as it gets for getting out and exploring.

- Not pet friendly

- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.

- HOA community rules apply - please be respectful of neighbors

- Multi-level home with significant stairs - approximately 5 steps to porch, 15 steps to first level, 15 steps to top floor

- Driveway is paved but steep and narrow - use caution on arrival, especially in winter conditions

- Road salt and snow shovel on site for winter stays

- No RV or trailer parking available

- Security cameras are located in the parking area and on the deck exterior



HOA REQUIREMENT

Important: Completion of the Check-in Form is a mandatory requirement for all reservations. The information is required to process the property's HOA registration, which must be completed before arrival and is a condition of staying at the property.

If the required information is not submitted by the stated deadline, we may be unable to complete the mandatory HOA registration. As a result, check-in may not be possible, and the reservation may need to be canceled.
