This 3-room holiday home in Sierksdorf is a great place to stay for up to 5 people, offering everything you need for a relaxing holiday by the sea. <br>The spacious living and dining area, featuring an open kitchen and a pellet stove, opens onto the terrace. The terrace has plenty of seating and is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the Baltic Sea air—with a view of the sea included. The stove in the living area creates a cosy atmosphere for spending time with friends and family. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, and dishwasher. The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (2x 90 x 200 cm) and one with two single beds and a rollaway bed (each 80 x 190 cm). The bathroom features a bathtub and a sauna. The comfort of having a private sauna is highly appreciated by our winter guests. The house is also equipped with its own washing machine. <br>Heating is provided by electric heaters and the fireplace.<br>The colourful houses from the land of Pippi Longstocking spread good cheer and create a wonderful holiday atmosphere. The distinctive holiday homes and apartments are spread out between the coast and Hansa-Park and offer the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday in every season—from family holidays in the summer to a cosy getaway by the fireplace during the cooler months.<br><br>The Baltic Sea beach is within walking distance and can be reached without crossing any public roads. The gently sloping stretch of beach offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. For guests with dogs, a separate dog beach is available a short distance from the main beach. The promenade and the adjacent path along the Sierksdorf cliffs are perfect for long walks. Guests can also access Hansa-Park directly from the beach park via a private entrance connected by a bridge—a real highlight, especially for families.<br><br>The accommodation is modern and comfortably furnished and, depending on the type of house, feature amenities such as a fireplace or pellet stove and a private terrace or balcony. Barbecuing is permitted exclusively on the lawn. A parking space is included with each accommodation. All holiday rentals are non-smoking.<br><br>A security deposit is required for stays at Strandpark. This deposit also serves as an advance payment for electricity costs, which are billed individually based on actual consumption. For electric vehicles, there are four EV charging stations in the public area with a total of eight charging points and a charging capacity of up to 22 kW.
