South Frankfurt area

Great amount of room spaces and good appointments. Some morning noise from school close by. Very tight neighborhood roads and entry exit to the location. Car is parked on the property, not the street.

Im Elend Probe sitzen

Wer im Elend Probe sitzen möchte, sollte sich für diese Wohnung entscheiden: Grün verfärbte Deckenplatten, Löcher im Boden, Flecken auf der Tapete, abfallende Kacheln am sog Pool, Schimmel im Bad. Der Geruch: Eine Mischung auf abgestandenem Essen, Muff und Moder. Für den nostalgischen Flair befindet sich dass Bad nicht in der Wohnung (upsi, gar nicht so beschrieben), sondern außerhalb eine Treppe abwärts. Hier kann man dann beim morgentlichem Badbesuch im Schlafanzug, den Eltern ein freundliches Hallo sagen, die ihre Kinder in die im EG betriebene Kita bringen (Doppelupsi, auch nicht beschrieben und vielleicht auch für Ruhebedürftige ein interessanter Punkt. Generell gilt für den Badbesuch: Toi, toi, toi. Hier wurde eine normale Deckenlampe an die Wand montiert und ragt in die Dusche rein. Das kann gefährlich werden. Küche: Es fehlen Schüsseln, ein Sieb, Schälchen für Müsli. Also bitte mitbringen und möglichst als mildtätige Spende dalassen, denn hier fehlt es offenbar am finanziellen Background. Der dann u. a. auch dafür sorgen würde, dass ein Heizöltank gefüllt ist. War er leider nicht (Dreifachupsi). Was sich lustig anhört, ist es nicht. Nicht bei 4 Grad Außentemperatur, nicht mit einem Kind, das nachmittags vom Sportcamp in die eiskalte Wohnung kommt, und nicht einen ganzen Tag lang ohne Info, wann das Problem behoben ist und ganz besonders nicht mit einer Frostnacht in Aussicht. Hier zeigte sich auch die orientalische Gastfreundschaft gegenüber einer alleinreisenden Frau in all ihren Facetten. Kommunikation: null. Unterstützung: null. Erstattung: natürlich auch null. Ist natürlich alles eine Frage des Respekts. Hier sollte man schon Rücksicht auf kulturelle Gepflogenheiten nehmen. Schon klar. Unterstützung durch die Agentur übrigens: auch null. Aber noch nie war Geld so gut investiert wie in das Hotel, in das meine durchfrorene Tochter und ich nach der vorzeitigen Abreise eincheckten. Und - hey - vielleicht nutzen ja die Vermieter unsere Miete, die wir leider nicht zurückerhielten, und investieren in .... ja, wo anfangen? Es drängt sich der Ausdruck "Fass ohne Boden" auf. Aber zumindest Ehrlichkeit bei den Angaben (Bad mit Schimmel außerhalb, fleckige Decke, Boden mit Löchern) ist kostenlos. Während Anstand bei Geldknappheit gerne mal recht zeitnah auf der Strecke bleibt.
