A Baltic Sea holiday between the beach and the nature reserve<br><br>Just about 100 metres from the fine-sand natural beach, our cosy Swedish-style house is situated in a quiet location right on the edge of the nature reserve. With 98 m² of living space and three bedrooms, it accommodates up to 7 people—ideal for families, couples, or a holiday with friends.<br><br>The two-story stone house with wood siding is situated in a small, colourful holiday home community right on the edge of the forest. From the upper floor, you can partially see across the dike to the Baltic Sea. The beach, nature, and tranquility begin practically right at your doorstep.<br><br>We took over the house at the end of 2022 and have since extensively modernised and refurnished it step by step. This includes a completely renovated bathroom, a new large south-facing terrace, new beds and furniture, new roller blinds, and numerous other design details. In 2026, we added a completely new kitchen and a fresh coat of paint. Our goal is for the house to feel not like an utilitarian holiday rental, but like a real home on the Baltic Sea.<br><br>Living, cooking, and enjoying time together<br><br>The spacious living area combines an open kitchen with a dining area and a cosy sitting area. The wood-burning stove creates a pleasant atmosphere, especially on cooler days, making the house a holiday destination for every season.<br><br>The kitchen, completely renovated in 2026, is intentionally well-equipped. In addition to plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, and pans, you’ll find many items that aren’t always standard in a holiday rental—from a blender and baking pans to storage containers and practical kitchen gadgets. Our guests particularly appreciate this comprehensive selection of amenities: On holiday, you shouldn’t have to realise right away what’s missing.<br><br>Sauna and new bathroom<br><br>On the ground floor is the modern and spacious bathroom, which was completely redesigned in 2023. From here, you have direct access to your private sauna—especially pleasant after a long walk on the beach or a windy fall or winter day on the Baltic Sea.<br><br>The three bedrooms and an additional bathroom with a sink are located on the upper floor.<br><br>Sun on the large south-facing terrace<br><br>A particular favourite spot is the large south-facing terrace, newly built in 2025. Thanks to its south-facing orientation, you can enjoy the sun here from your morning coffee to a glass of wine in the evening—and not just in the height of summer.<br><br>At the back of the house is another small terrace with an adjacent lawn right next to the nature reserve.<br><br>There are 2–3 parking spaces available right next to the house.<br><br>Just a few steps to the Baltic Sea<br><br>The natural beach, which is free of visitor’s tax, is only about 100 metres away on foot. The Seepark playground is also located there, which is especially convenient for families with children.<br><br>Seepark Süssau is located on the Bay of Lübeck and combines a beach holiday with plenty of nature and tranquility. To the north, kilometres of trails along the Baltic Sea and the impressive cliffs invite you to go for walks and bike rides.
