Wochenendtrip

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Süssau. Das Haus liegt nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Das Haus hätte sauberer sein können. Der Grill benötigt ein neues Rost. Die Aufteilung im Haus war gut.

Sehr schön und würde ich immer wieder machen! Das Feriendorf ist gemütlich, die Nachbarn nett und die Umgebung sehr hübsch!

Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig

Wir verbrachten in dem Ferienhaus eine stürmische Woche. Die großzügig angelegte Sauna wurde von uns ausgiebig genutzt. Strand und Meer konnten nur wenig genutzt werden, da das Wetter eine Woche schlecht war. Gastronomische Einrichtungen sucht man fast vergebens. Es haben viele Dienstleister aufgegeben. Schade. Corona, Inflation und die aktuelle Politik haben ganze Arbeit geleistet. Ein trauriges Bild bietet sich an der Promenade.

Zusätzliche Kosten nach Buchung, sonst top!

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr gemütlich, groß und die Lage ist kaum zu toppen. Selbst bei den kurzen Regenpausen hat sich ein Ausflug zum Spielplatz oder an den Strand gelohnt, weil beides ganz nah liegt. Im Haus haben wir uns auch sehr wohl gefühlt, von der Ausstattung her war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. Was uns sehr negativ aufgefallen ist, sind die zusätzlichen Kosten, die nach der Buchung erst in einem pdf- Dokument offen gelegt werden. Auf der FeWo-Seite ist davon nichts zu lesen. Vor Ort bezahlt man bei Anreise nochmal 110 € Reinigungsgebühr (dafür ließ die Sauberkeit allerdings zu Wünschen übrig- Spinnenweben, Staub und Tierhaare auf der Couch), 150 € Kaution und 30 €/ Tag für Nebenkosten. Für eine kWH werden 65 cent erhoben und man bekommt das zu viel vorausgezahlte Geld wieder zurückerstattet. Somit haben wir als vierköpfige Familie in einer Woche nochmal knapp 50 € für Strom bezahlen müssen. Das finden wir definitiv überteuert. Diese Sonderausgaben sollten bereits bei der Beschreibung auf FeWo direkt offengelegt werden. Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Duschvorleger gibt es auch nur für 23€/ Person oder man schleppt eben alles selbst mit.

Fehlende Sauberkeit

Wir hatten als Großeltern, Tochter, Schwiegersohn und 3jährigem Enkel das Haus gebucht. Tolle Lage, schönes Haus. Leider ohne die ausreichende Sauberkeit. Toiletten, Dusche und WC waren ok. Auf den Fußböden konnte man alles finden: Fliegen, Spinnen, Sand und Vergessens von wem auch immer. Leider auch Glasscherben. Einfach nur schmutzig. Spinnweben fast an jeder Wand und in jeder Ecke. Unter der Treppe konnte man nicht nur viel Schutz entdecken, sondern auch einen völlig verdreckten, so nicht funktionsfähigen, Staubsauger. Er musste gelehrt und der Filter gesäubert werden. Eigentlich doch nicht Aufgabe des Mieters? Besteckkästen schmutzig, Mikrowelle Speiseplan der Vornutzer erkennbar. Backofen und Backbleche mit Öl verschmutzt. Gleich nach Ankunft die defekte Verkleidung der KÜhlschranktür gemeldet. Keine Reaktion von Seiten der Rezeption. Daher wegen Unfallgefahr selbst abgebaut. Viele Fotos vorhanden.
