Super Lage

Kleine Wohnanlage direkt über dem EDEKA, was eher vom Vorteil als störend ist. Ruhige Lage zwischen dem kleinen Hafen und Strand, genau im Zentrum von Vitte.

Anmerkungen zum Appartement

Wir waren sehr zufrieden (mit App. 03), hatten allerdings Pech mit dem technischen Zustand der Heißwasserversorgung Küche Bad sowie defektem Geschirrspüler. Ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wird aber nach Auskunft des Objektbetreuers demnächst repariert bzw. neu angeschafft.In der Küche könnte eine zusätzliche Steckdose neben der Spüle dafür sorgen, dass der Dampf vom Wasserkocher u. die Hitze vom Toaster die Front des Hängeschranks darüber nicht so "strapazieren".

Moderne Fewo in guter Lage

Die Fewo ist großzügig und modern eingerichtet, und wir haben uns zu zweit sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Fewo befindet sich auf der Rückseite des bzw. über dem Edeka. Ich sehe das eher als Vorteil: Von dem Trubel dort bekommt man nichts mit, dafür kann man abends noch mal schnell was einkaufen. Die Lage ist zentral in Vitte, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Hafen, Restaurants und Cafés, Geschäfte, Kultureinrichtungen und Strand befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Die Küchenausrüstung ist ausreichend. Eine Grundausstattung ist vorhanden, eine Espressomaschine zum Beispiel darf man aber nicht erwarten. Leichte Schwächen gibt's beim Inventar (Toasteraufsatz verbogen, ein Topfdeckel fehlt, kein Pfannenwender vorhanden). Ich finde, eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen, Ölen und Spülmittel könnte man in einer Fewo dieser Kategorie anbieten, um den Gästen den Neukauf in urlaubsuntauglichen Packungsgrößen zu ersparen; hier fehlte jedoch Salz, und nur zwei Spültabs lagen bereit. Das Spülmittelfach der Spülmaschine war defekt und konnte den Spültab nicht zum richtigen Zeitpunkt auswerfen, was zu einem unbefriedigenden Spülergebnis führte; das Geschirr, das wir bei Ankunft vorfanden, haben wir lieber noch mal gereinigt. Internet ging. Das war wahrscheinlich die erste Fewo in meinem Leben, wo der Smart-TV korrekt im Netzwerk angemeldet war und auf Anhieb funktionierte. ;-)

Schöne und schicke FeWo, toll für Familien

Die Wohnung ist toll / schick eingerichtet, groß genug für eine Familie, ruhig und hat bequeme Betten. Sie liegt sehr nah an Vitte Hafen und befindet sich im gleichen Gebäude wie Edeka, auf der Rückseite. Davon bekommt man aber nichts mit. Das Gebäude ist an sich reizlos. Einziger Minuspunkt: Es gab einige kleine Mängel (Duschkopf kaputt, das Garderobenregal wackelte, der Kühlschrank ließ sich nicht gut schließen), aber zumindest die Dusche wurde schnell repariert.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral hat eine schöne Aussicht und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Doppelstockbett ist allerdings eher für jüngere Kinder ausgelegt, das Boxspringbett dagegen hervorragend
