Our thatched-roof holiday home is perfect for a romantic getaway. It’s located in a quiet spot at the back of our single-family home property. <br><br>In front of the house:<br>The south-facing terrace is furnished with garden furniture, inviting you to relax. Bicycles can be parked here in the bike rack. There’s a parking space for your car next to the holiday home.<br><br>Living Room:<br>The living room, with windows overlooking the garden, features a satellite TV. Here, you can unwind in the evenings on the couch. <br><br>Bedroom:<br>You can access the cosy bedroom via an interior staircase. There, you’ll sleep in a large double bed. A seating area is also available. On the adjoining balcony, you can enjoy the view of the Bodstedter Bodden and the surrounding greenery. Electric radiators are installed in the living room and bedroom mentioned above.<br><br>Kitchen:<br>The kitchen is integrated into the living area and fully equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, electric kettle, dishes, glasses, and silverware.<br><br>Bathroom:<br>The bathroom has a toilet, sink, glass-enclosed shower, and an electric bathroom heater. <br><br>Services:<br>We provide bed linens and towels to our guests free of charge and change them as needed.<br><br>Other Information:<br>The holiday home is, of course, fully heated.<br>Parking at the holiday home<br>Pets are not allowed<br>Wi-Fi is not available.<br><br>Check-in: <br> From 4:00 p.m. or by prior arrangement;<br>please call 2–3 days in advance to arrange key pickup.<br><br>Check-out:<br>By 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure<br><br>Location:<br>Distance to the Baltic Sea beach: 6 km through the Darss Forest or 4 km via the bike path along the country road to the Baltic Sea resort of Prerow.<br><br>The applicable visitor’s tax must be paid upon arrival in accordance with local regulations.<br>
