Accommodating up to 4 people, this 68-square-meter holiday home spans two floors and features two bedrooms, a balcony, a furnished terrace with a garden area, and the highlight: a dry sauna.<br><br>Utilities for Wi-Fi, gas, water, and electricity are included!<br><br>There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One of them has two single beds pushed together (180x200 cm combined), and the other has two single beds (90x200 cm each). One of the bedrooms has a TV, and both have blackout curtains. Also located on the ground floor: the bathroom with comfortable underfloor heating, a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and dry sauna. <br><br>On the ground floor, you’ll find an open, light-filled living and dining area with an adjoining fully equipped kitchen. The cosy living area offers ample seating, a 50-inch Smart TV, a bioethanol fireplace, and access to the balcony. The air conditioning ensures a comfortable indoor climate at all times. <br><br>The outdoor area features seating, a patio umbrella, sun loungers, and a charcoal grill. <br>There is also a free parking space and a lockable bike shed in the immediate vicinity of the house. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view of the sea. Your dog is welcome.
