House Oland Apartment 06, Living with sea view

House Oland – Apartment 06 is located on the 1st floor of House Oland in Wyk, at Am Flugplatz 13, 25938 Wyk. The 55 m² non-smoking apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and features three rooms, including two bedrooms. There is a bathroom with a shower on the premises. The living area is furnished with a sofa corner and, complete with a sofa, armchair, and dining table, is perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals together. A TV provides entertainment, and Wi-Fi is available so you can stay connected even while on holiday.



The new kitchen is enclosed and fully equipped for self-catering. This includes an oven, microwave, induction stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a coffee maker. Dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, a toaster, and a kettle are also provided. A dishwasher makes your daily life easier.



The covered balcony is especially convenient and invites you to enjoy the fresh air. Garden furniture is provided. For your relaxation and the perfect day at the beach, we provide a beach chair with a beach towel at Wyker Beach (Section 25/dog beach), just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. To get your holiday off to a good start, bed linens, towels, and a starter supply of cleaning supplies are included. For your convenience, there’s also a clothes rack, a coat rack, an ironing board, and an iron. Shared use of the washing machine and dryer is available. A vacuum cleaner rounds out the amenities.



Your holiday plans will fit perfectly with the location: The beach is only about 50 m away, and the distance to the sea is also about 50 m. The apartment offers a view of the sea. Shopping options are about 1,000 m away, and restaurants are about 500 m away. The nearest public transport stop is about 100 m away, and the golf course is about 500 m away. The distance to the airport is listed as approximately 170 m. An lift is available, making access easier.



You can also look forward to additional holiday amenities at the property: There is an indoor pool (free of charge in the neighbouring Uthlande building) and a sauna (for a fee in the neighbouring Uthlande building). One parking space is available for your vehicle. One dog is allowed upon request.

A short walk—just a few steps to the promenade—and you’ll be in Wyk’s city centre area, where you can enjoy the many restaurants and cafés.



If the North Sea is too cold for swimming, you can use the swimming pool (free of charge) or the sauna (for a fee) at Haus Uthlande.

The bus stop is very close by, and if you’re arriving by car, there’s of course a parking spot in front of the house; the house also has a bike storage room.
