Great property

We really enjoyed our stay. The appartment was clean, well equipped and very well maintained. Ronny was welcoming and gave us plenty of tips on things to do in the area. It is a quiet neighbourhood, in beautiful location. We recommend.

Es war alles prima.Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Es war alles sehr sauber.Die Wohnung liegt Parterre, nach vorne kann man ebenerdig auf eine kleine Terasse, die sich gut zum Frühstücken eignet. Nach hinten ist die Wohnung unter der Erde.Das war in der Woche, in der wir da waren Gold wert. Bei heißen Aussentemperaturen blieb es in der Wohnung sehr angenehm.Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, wenngleich wir gar nicht so viel Kontakt hatten.Insgesamt hatten wir eine wunderbare Woche in Sölden.ABSOLUTE EMPFEHLUNG.

Gute Lage - schöne Umgebung - freundliche Gastgeber

Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Lage und ein großer Vorteil ist der zur Verfügung gestellte Parkplatz. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist einfach und funktional. Leider war die Wohnung nicht sauber und nicht kindgerecht gesichert. Die Steckdosen waren zum Beispiel nicht alle mit einem Schutz versehen. Für uns leider keine Weiterempfehlung, da für uns das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gepasst hat.

Sehr persönlich mit Liebe zum Detail

Ronny und Cindy sind tolle Gastgeber, die die Extrameile gehen. Es beginnt mit einer sehr freundlichen Kommunikation vorab, mit vielen Tipps für die Region, über regionale Getränke und selbstgemachten Produkten, die zusätzlich angeboten werden. Da wir sonntags anreisten, haben sie uns gegen Aufpreis den Kühlschrank mit Leckereien von einem benachbarten Bauernhof gefüllt. Wie lieb!! Die Terrasse war bei warmen Wetter durch einen liebevoll gepflegten Garten herrlich schattig. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundlichkeit!

Wamndern und erholen

Die Wohnung ist super gepflegt, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man kann auf der Terasse sitzen und die Ruhe genießen. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sicher noch einmal wieder.

Sölden über den Jahreswechsel mit hauptsächlich schlechtem Wetter ,wofür niemand was kann

Wohnung habe ich als dunkel und nicht gut warm zu kriegen empfunden. Küche ...ohne Backofen, nur zum Stehen, winzig, Matratze im kleinen Schlafzimmer völlig durchgelegen, über Einrichtungsgeschmack lässt sich natürlich streiten... die Hoffnung auf die Sauna hat sich leider auch nicht erfüllt....wurde nicht wirklich heiß und so im Bademantel über die Strasse ist auch nicht unbedingt mein Ding. Vermieter wohnt im Haus darüber, sehr nett und hilfsbereit...allerdings recht hellhörig die bezogene Wohnung drunter. Ort ist winzig und leider hatte das Milch-Cafe zu , man ist schnell in Freiburg und Staufen

Für Nichtraucher perfekt

Sehr nette Vermieter. Terrasse unter der Treppe etwas dunkel, aber bei 30 Grad schön schattig. Schöne Wohnung mit origineller Dusche und schönem Waschtisch. Die Küche ist etwas klein und für große Kochaktionen nicht geeignet. Ein kleiner Couchtisch im Wohnzimmer hat gefehlt. Rauchen ist auf dem Balkon und der Terrasse verboten, was so nicht im Internet stand. Nichtraucherwohnungen buchen wir immer, aber auf der Terrasse war es bis jetzt immer erlaubt. Die Vermieter hatten 10 Meter entfernt eine Raucherecke eingerichtet. Mit dem Bus kommt man super nach Freiburg. Parkplatz war etwas höhergelegen auch vorhanden.Edeka ist gut sortiert und es gibt da auch eine Bäckerei. Ein Restaurant gibt es im Ort nicht.....nur eine Milchbar, die 4 Tage von 10 bis 18 Uhr geöffnet hat. Jetzt hat diese auch wegen Urlaub geschlossen.

Gelungener Urlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Die Vermieter waren hilfsbereit und freundlich. Für uns eine sehr angenehm ruhige Lage. Ein kleines Manko war jedoch das fehlen eines Gefrierfachs für unser Kühlakkus. Gerne werden wir wieder kommen.

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage!

Modernes, sauberes Appartment mit stylishem Bad und kleiner, aber funktionaler Küche in einem sehr schön gelegenen Ort am Fuße des Südschwarzwalds, Freiburg in 15 Minuten mit PKW zu erreichen. Moderner Edeka-Markt im Ort. Überaus nette Vermieter im Haus. Wir können das Appartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub in superschöner FeWo

Die Bilder und die Beschreibung der Wohnung treffen zu: Sehr ruhige Lage, eine nette kleine Terrasse, jetzt auch mit Grill :-), im Wohnzimmer eine riesige sehr gemütliche Schlafcouch, bequeme Betten mit vielen Kissen in den beiden Schlafzimmern, überall zusätzliche Kuscheldecken, sehr schöne Deko, Küche mit tollem Kaffeeautomat (kann sogar Milch schäumen!), Spülmaschine, 2 Induktionsplatten, kleinem Mikrowellen/Backofenkombi und in der ganzen Wohnung mit Abstand das beste WLAN, das wir je in einer FeWo hatten. Die Bächledusche ist sowieso der Hammer! Wenn etwas gefehlt hat, war Fam. Breitkreuz immer hilfsbereit zur Stelle. Herzlichen Dank für super entspannte Pfingstferien!!

Nette Unterkunft

Gute Ferienwohnung. Hat alles, was man braucht, schöne Lage und zentraler Punkt für die sternförmigen Ausflüge, die wir von hier gemacht haben. Vermieter sind ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Bad ist sehr außergewöhnlich eingerichtet, aber nicht unbedingt praktisch.
