The Strandperle holiday home is located in a newly built holiday home community right on the Thülsfelder Reservoir (about 300 m from the swimming beach). <br><br>Awarded 4 stars by the German Tourism Association.<br><br>Bedrooms:<br>The holiday home sleeps 6 guests in 4 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms). A cot is available upon request.<br><br>Bathrooms:<br>The holiday home has 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor; each is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. A washing machine and a drying rack are available.<br><br>Living and dining area:<br>The open-concept living and dining area features a modern kitchenette (electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster) and a dining table for 6 people. A high chair is available upon request.<br>The living and dining area also features a cosy sofa nook, a flat-screen TV, and a Wii console. Another flat-screen TV with a DVD player is located upstairs (in the double bedroom).<br><br>Additional information:<br>For cosy moments on cold days, an outdoor sauna and a wood-burning stove in the living area provide ample space.<br>The entire holiday home is equipped with underfloor heating and free Wi-Fi. The entire house is also equipped with exterior roller shutters and, in some rooms, pleated blinds.<br><br>The garden features a grill, patio furniture, and children’s play equipment (slide, swings).<br><br>Parking space available.<br><br>On the day of arrival, the holiday home is available to you starting at 3:00 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the holiday home by 10:00 a.m. for final cleaning. Other times are possible by arrangement.<br><br>Bed linens and towels are provided in the holiday home.
