About this property

Beautiful house on the North Sea

Our half of the house/holiday rental is located about 1.5 km from the village of Neukirchen. It can accommodate 2–5 people plus 1 toddler. The apartment spans two floors: the ground floor and the upper floor. There are 3 bedrooms available. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (190/190)—please note!!!—with a large wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has two single beds (90/200) and a TV, and Bedroom 3 has a single bed and a wardrobe. Additionally, the upper floor features a large bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a large dining table. There is also a guest bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. A coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, and dining table are provided. Free Wi-Fi. A one-time supply of bed linens and towels is included in the final price.
We offer a private garden with a patio. Two parking spaces are available right next to the house, and upon request, bicycles can be stored in a lockable room.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house; smoking is only permitted on the patio.
Location
The village of Neukirchen has a small general store with a post office, a small heated outdoor pool, and the popular Nolde Museum in Seebüll, located about 6 km away. In about 20 minutes by car, you can reach Dagebüll to take the ferry to Föhr or Amrum, or from Schlüttsiel to the various Halligen islands. You can take the Deutsche Bahn train to Sylt from Klanxbüll, which is 5 km away. Nearby, in Südwesthörn, there’s a small North Sea swimming spot right behind the dike, with a fish stand in the summer. Our area is especially inviting for beautiful bike rides. The nearest major shopping destinations are Niebüll and Süderlügum, which offer various supermarkets and discount stores. Flensburg and Husum, each about 55 km away, with their harbours, are also great places for shopping. A trip to Denmark to the sandy beach at Röm—which you can reach by car all the way to the sea—or perhaps to Tondern for a stroll is also highly recommended. No pets!! Unser Urlaub in Neukirchen bei Familie Nassow war traumhaft. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt viele schöne Details und Anregungen zur Einrichtung für zu Hause und wir konnten uns mit der Familie über eine große Spiele Sammlung ausprobieren. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.🫶

Eine wunderschöne, sehr saubere und mit viel Liebe eingerichtete Haushälfte durften wir 12 Tage bewohnen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und herzlich. Kleine Überraschungen erfreuen das Herz und machen den Aufenthalt angenehm. Hier wird Gastlichkeit groß geschrieben. Eine kleine Bibliothek, Spiele (für jedes Alter) und der gepflegte Garten lassen keine Wünsche übrig. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet, es fehlt nichts.Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.Alles Gute und immer nette Gäste liebe Grüße Fam. B. Werner

Ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus, sehr nette Gastgeber, unkomplizierter Check-in/Check-out. Es fehlte an nichts! Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, es fehlte uns an Nichts. Neben einer voll ausgestatteten Küche haben wir im Bad sogar Nähzeug, Brillenputztücher und Badezusatz ,um nur einiges zu nennen, vorgefunden...das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, alles war super sauber. Vielen Dank, wir können das Ferienhaus der Familie Nossow wärmstens empfehlen.

Lige til et rent 12-tal. På alle parametre, dvs. renlighed, udstyr og tilbehør og ikke mindst, værten, Birtes hjælpsomhed, var denne oplevelsen helt i top. Beskrivelsen holder hvad den lover - og mere til. Vi boede der i en uge og har allerede booket næste år.

Alles in allem ein fantastischer Aufenthalt, bei dem man sich von Anfang an willkommen fühlte.Das Haus ist liebevoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, unglaublich sauber und schön.Es ist alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten.Ein fantastischer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins Marschland mit seiner reichen Vogelwelt sowie zu nahegelegenen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und sehr erholsamen 15 tägigen Urlaub. Die Doppelhaushälfte ist sehr sauber und perfekt eingerichtet. Man findet alles was man braucht z.b. Hygieneartikel im Bad, Fön, Bügeleisen, Mixer, Backpapier, Tupperdosen und Becher für Ausflüge. Das war die bestausgestattete Ferienwohnung die wir je hatten. Die Terasse ist nicht einsehbar und ein kleiner Garten schließt daran an - perfekt zum Erholen. Wir hatten die Fahrräder mit und konnten diese im Nebengebaude sicher unterstellen. Die Bilder zeigen das Haus, dieses ist wunderschön und praktisch eingerichtet. Familie Nossow ist sehr nett und gibt Tipps für Ausflüge etc. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Alles Super

Die Familie Nossow hat uns einen tollen Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Das Haus befindet sich in einem sehr gepflegten, hervorragenden Zustand. Frau Nossow hatte alles toll vorbereitet und hat uns sehr zuvorkommend empfangen.Das einzige was uns nicht gefällt, ist das FEWO-direkt versucht, uns zu einer Kontoanmeldung zu nötigen. Nicht alle Kommunikation zwischen Mieter und Vermieter werden ohne Konto weiterleitet.

1A Unterkunft-Vollste Zufriedenheit

Wir waren zu viert eine Woche in dem wirklich schönen Haus. Es ist mit viel Liebe und gutem Geschmack eingerichtet. Hervorzuheben ist die außerordentliche Sauberkeit. Wir fühlten uns sofort von der heimeligen Atmosphäre umfangen. Es wird mit vielen im Haus verteilten Kleinigkeiten an die Gäste gedacht. Dazu sind die Gastgeber überaus sympathische Menschen. Wir empfehlen dieses Ferienhaus mit Freuden weiter .

Wunderbare Ferienunterkunft

Es war alles hervorragend. Von Ankunft bis Abreise. Hervorzuheben ist, dass wirklich alles (alles!!!) in diesem Haus vorhanden ist. Man braucht lediglich sein normales Gepäck ohne noch an Handtücher, Kinderspielsachen, Pflaster, etc. zu denken. Außergewöhnlich und toll.

Wundervoll

Die Wohnung hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen, sauber,ordentlich und super gemütlich eingerichtet und dekoriert. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und freundlich. Es waren super viele Spiele vor ort und etliche Prospekte für die Urlaubsplanung. Erholung war zu 1000% gegeben.

Schöner Urlaub

Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns schöne Ausflugsziele empfohlen. Wir haben sehr viele Fahrradtouren gemacht und jeden Abend bei Annelie Rasch gegessen. Die Besitzer waren sehr herzlich und das Essen köstlich.
