This home was built in 1952. The house has been updated but you may experience a squeaky floorboard from time to time! The house is about 800 square feet so it’s quite quaint and charming. The backyard is fabulous for your dog. It is completely fenced in. Each bedroom is equipped with a 43 inch Roku TV. All appliances new in 2026!
