Perfect for families or groups, it features a modern, fully equipped kitchen, two living areas, and contemporary decor. Enjoy the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience for an unforgettable beach getaway.

This charming three-bedroom, two-bathroom single-family residence is situated on a tranquil acre of land in Lewes. It features an open floor plan, which incorporates all contemporary decor and appliances.

Plenty of free parking in drive way with enough space to even park your small boat or RV! Outdoor fenced in backyard with deck, grill, string lights, and a fire pit. Cornhole available in the shed for guests !

Tvs in bedrooms and living area, with free wifi throughout home. Kitchen has all cooking needs, pots, pans, oil, spices, Keurig, coffee.

Guest access
You will have private access to the entire home and the surrounding one-acre property, including the fenced-in backyard and deck. Only one small owner's closet will be locked and inaccessible during your stay.

Other things to note
Property is monitored by 3 security cameras for guest accuracy and security. There is one located at the front door, over the driveway and at the at back door.

The guest acknowledges that the HVAC system is designed to operate within a specific temperature range to safeguard its functionality.

Long-stay note: Stays exceeding 14 days may be subject to an inspection. Depending on the condition of the home, it may require additional inspections monthly for the duration of the stay. Additionally, the host will schedule any necessary cleaning, which is the guest’s financial responsibility.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please pick up all pet waste. ( scooper and silver can located in backyard, bags on living room corner table )
All used towels go in basket in laundry room.
Trash goes into proper can outside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests are responsible for their own actions and safety while on the property. The host is not liable. No driving on the front lawn $500 fine.
Please keep animals off of furniture we provide a crate for guest use.
$200 fine per incident and cause for immediate cancellation no refund if any extra unreported guests or pets are found.
