Very nice stay in a house totally unconventional. An impressive view, a very nice outside patio and a beautiful swimming pool. Different locations for the lunches outside. The Owner is present at anytime and reply to the message very quickly with solutions. The size of most of the rooms (3 out of 5) is really big. Only remark: A/C is only available in one room, the rest of the house is not equiped.

Manuel, the gentleman who met us and appears to main the villa, was very helpful and had it not been for him this review would be very much worse. The property is very run down and in need of significant repair and update. The beds and bedding need immediate replacement as does some of the 'modern' furniture. The pillows were heavily stained and I hate to think what the mattresses were like. I didn't look as I didn't want to make a very dissapointing experience any worse! Kitchen facilities whilst acceptable were certainly not adequate for up to twelve guests, nor was the cooking equipment. We were at the villa for 12 days and we had to ask to have the pool cleaned! The chap came, cleaned the filters and put some chlorine tablets in. He made no attempt to clean the walls or bottom of the pool. By the end of our stay swimming in the pool was like swimming in a thin soup! As I said previously, Manuel was excellent and couldn't have been more helpful. He however is trying to upkeep a property that in my view is not currently suitable to let. It was a huge dissapointment and clear that Vbro's standards fall very short of what is an acceptable level.

Die Zufriedenheit unserer Gäste ist uns sehr wichtig, und wir bedauern, dass Ihr Eindruck nicht positiv war. Während des Zeitraums Ihres Aufenthalts wurde die Betreuung und Instandhaltung der Anlage extern organisiert. Leider entsprach die Umsetzung in dieser Phase nicht unserem eigenen Anspruch an Qualität und Sorgfalt. Dafür möchten wir uns aufrichtig entschuldigen. Inzwischen wurden sämtliche angesprochenen Punkte vollständig behoben, und die Betreuung der Mühle wurde an ein neues, qualifiziertes Team übergeben, um dauerhaft einen hohen Standard sicherzustellen. Wir danken Ihnen zudem für die positive Erwähnung von Manuel und seiner persönlichen Hilfsbereitschaft während Ihres Aufenthalts. Zur Einordnung möchten wir ergänzen, dass das Anwesen über viele Jahre hinweg durchgehend sehr positive Gästerückmeldungen erhalten hat. Im Zuge einer früheren Systemumstellung wurden diese Bewertungen auf der Plattform nicht übernommen, sind jedoch weiterhin öffentlich dokumentiert und einsehbar. Vielen Dank nochmals für Ihre Rückmeldung, die uns hilft, uns weiter zu verbessern.

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Das Haus ist ein hervorragender Ort, um Urlaub zu machen! Die Räume sind sehr groß und der Außenbereich ist wunderschön mit einer exzellenten Aussicht. Auch mit 12 Leuten kann man sich gut auch mal zurückziehen.Zum Strand, einkaufen, essen usw. ist man mit dem Auto auch in wenigen Minuten.Bei Fragen stand man uns sofort zur Seite und es gab einige Tipps, was man in der Nähe machen kann.Für uns war es der perfekte Aufenthalt!
