Discover the beauty of Savannah from this newly renovated 3-bedroom house. Located on Wilmington Island and is centrally located between the Historic District and Tybee Beach and only 12 miles from the Enmarket Arena. Inside, guests find two queen beds and one king bed with a private half bath. One full bath with walk in shower includes shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The kitchen is stocked with basic essentials needed for cooking a meal if desired. Also included are a single cup coffee maker and a drip maker which includes starter K cups, regular and decaf along with regular ground coffee for the drip maker. Make yourself a barista style coffee with assorted syrups and condiments also provided. The enclosed patio area has a relaxing area to sit and socialize, relax and have a beverage, or just sit and read a book. If you need to do some laundry, the opposite side of the patio has a washer and dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets provided. We also provide 4 beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and cooler to freely use for your beach trip. Bring a bike and enjoy riding in the neighborhood or visiting the nearby Whitemarsh nature reserve. Come and enjoy a home away from home at the Nichols Nest! We would love to host you!

We are blessed to have had this place left to us by a family member and our hope is that you make many happy memories and enjoy your family and friends as much as we have. We named this place "The Nichols Nest" in honor of my stepmom.

This neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It's close to downtown and to Tybee. It reminds you of the days of the past when you see the kids out riding bikes and playing. The neighborhood is friendly and it has grocery stores very close by.
