Welcome to your bright and welcoming ocean side oasis, the perfect home base for your next Ocean City vacation. This coastal retreat offers a cozy and comfortable stay for you and your guests.



Main Living Area: An inviting, light-filled space featuring a nice sized sofa and TV

Kitchenette: A well-equipped kitchen space with bar stools for extra dining seating plus a dining table for 4

Bedroom1 : King sized bed

Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds with two full sized beds with 2 twins over top

Bedroom 3: Queen sized bed with a twin bunk bed

Private Balcony: Step out onto your private balcony area where you can enjoy a meal or sip on your coffee before a day of adventures or beach fun

Convenience: The unit includes a washer and dryer for your use.

Parking: 2 parking spots, the last spot on the left behind the building. It is back-to-back parking, one assigned spot, but you park the other car in. Last spot on the left behind the building



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire efficiency apartment. Enjoy seamless, keyless entry with a smart lock. You will receive a unique, private door code for the duration of your stay, providing you with secure and easy access to the property.

Walk to the Fenwick lighthouse, the Vista Rooftop, mini golf, shopping and more!

Renter Agreement Required: To ensure a smooth check-in, please complete the required Guest Form after booking.

Arrival Instructions: Your detailed arrival instructions and unique door code will be sent to the email address on file once the agreement is signed.
