Welcome to this special apartment:<br><br>Apartment 33 is a modern, high-end holiday rental for guests who want something special. It offers a total of 78 square metres of living space. The highlight is its exclusive location with a breathtaking view from the 3rd floor: directly overlooking the town and marina of Eckernförde, with a panoramic view of the entire Eckernförde Bay and out to the open sea—including beautiful sunrises.<br>The apartment features a spacious living area with an open kitchenette (which is fully equipped with pans, pots, glasses, dishes, and silverware—including children’s items), a dining area, and a cosy sofa-armchair-table combination.<br>It features two separate bedrooms, divided by doors, each with two beds (one room has a double bed, the other has twin beds).<br>Both TVs (in the living room and bedroom) receive cable TV in HD quality with over 50 TV channels and over 50 radio stations. The TV in the living room is also connected to a Blu-ray player and has an USB port, so you can play your own media (films, photos, or music).<br>From all three rooms, you have direct access through the wide windows to the large, covered loggia facing southeast, which offers a magnificent view.<br>On the loggia, there is (in addition to the dining table in the living room) another table with chairs, as well as two lounge chairs.<br>The bathroom is equipped with a double sink, a bathtub, a walk-in tiled shower, and a comfortable sauna. The toilet is separated by a privacy screen. You don’t have to share the coin-operated laundry machines on the ground floor with other guests; instead, you have your own washing machine in the bathroom for free use.<br>You have secure Wi-Fi coverage throughout the apartment with free 50 Mbit high-speed internet access. In addition, you can use the provided phone to make free calls to all German landlines (except special numbers).<br>A parking space in the car park right next door is reserved for you. In addition to the 42 apartments, it features two restaurants and a café on the ground floor, where you can enjoy breakfast and fresh rolls, among other things.<br>An lift takes you comfortably to the 3rd floor to your apartment.<br>Just 50 metres away lies the fine, white, 4-kilometer-long sandy beach of the Baltic Sea resort of Eckernförde, which guarantees fun in the water and relaxation (e.g., in one of the numerous beach chairs).
