This renovated apartment in a historic building is characterised by its stylish yet cosy furnishings. Walls adorned with stucco and renovated historic windows highlight the typical Leipzig “Gründerzeit” architectural style. The apartment offers sleeping accommodation including 1 double bed (1.80 m wide), 1 single bed (90 cm wide), and 1 sofa bed (1.60 m wide). An extra bed can be provided upon request without any problem. Small groups, families, or tradespeople—up to 5 people—will find peace and relaxation here.



Since April 2023, the city of Leipzig has introduced a lodging tax amounting to 5% of the total gross price. This tax must be paid in addition to the lodging fee at every accommodation facility. Exempt individuals include, among others, children under 18 and people with severe disabilities.

Ganz schlechter Geruch

Der Geruchsverschluss der Dusche ist defekt, es stinkt furchtbar. Wir waren 5 Personen, es gibt nur 3 Tassen, 4 Teller, 4 Schüsseln, je 3 Löffel aber 4 Gabeln und 5 Messer. Die Gegend ist ziemlich unangenehm und irgendwie finster. Aber wir haben das Beste draus gemacht und es war trotz allem ein schönes Wochenende.
