Beautiful stay

The apartment was light, spacious with every facility, with a terrace/balcony and a fabulous view of mountains and the port below. Steep climb to reach it so need some level of fitness. The bedroom is on a mezzanine with very low ceiling so could be an issue for the very tall but didn’t bother us. Absolutely lovely stay - thank you Maria!

Very cosy appartment with a very nice view on the sea front, well worth the 130m climb. Appartment fully equiped with welcome wine and other amenities. Owner is very accessible and friendly and dinner at her restaurant definitely stands out compared to others. We fully enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was immaculate! Very clean and welcoming, and much more spacious than it appears in photos. The terrace was wonderful as well. Ana Maria was lovely and made us feel truly welcome. Her restaurant, Agapanto, was our favorite meal of the trip and absolutely worth a stop.

High up and best view ever

We have had some nice sunny days In may in Port de Sóller in a fine flat for two, good and functionel and clean with terrasse where we could enjoy the spring with 23 warm sunshine looking at the Marina and the bay. Anna Maria is very kind and helpfull host who we would like see again “some sunny day”. The town with the bay, cafées, restaurants and shops are all in a distance by walking down the hill in 15 minutes and you have It all. Best regards Lars and Gitte

Beautiful apartment, amazing location

The property exceeded our expectations. It's light, bright and modern, with a Scandi vibe: nicer than it appears in the photos on the website. Wonderful views from the terrace. We perhaps would have appreciated blinds on the windows, to cut down the light in the mornings, but that's probably a personal thing. Also, the listing on the website indicates that there's an oven and a microwave, but there isn't. (It wasn't a problem for us, but the listing really needs updating). We didn't mind the climb up and down from the town to the apartment by foot (just over 10 minutes to the main bus stop and nearer to 15 minutes to the town/shops/restaurants/beach), but it's probably not for the unfit ! The host, Ana Maria, was very helpful: giving us a lift up from her restaurant to the apartment - as we didn't have a car - and organising taxis for us at the end of our stay. Would definitely visit again.

Perfect location

This apartment was perfect for me as a solo traveler. The location is amazing - the walk to the harbor is only about 15 minutes, I walked it multiple times a day. The location alone makes this apartment worth the stay - Port de Sóller is lively and beautiful. It was great being close, but not being “in it” - you’re far enough away to have peace and quiet. Parking was easy (lots of free street parking) & communication with the host was always easy & polite. However, the walk to the harbor is extremely steep. I’m in good shape and even I struggled. You definitely need to be able-bodied and in shape. The pictures do not show that the bedroom is in a loft that does not have room to stand. You have to crouch to get up the ladder and up to the bed. Not a problem for me, but may be for others which is why I’m mentioning it. I do really wish there had been laundry detergent. As an international traveler, I’m not able to bring my own. I had to buy a whole bottle of detergent just to use half a cup for 1 load of laundry. The washing machine was a big selling point for me, so I was surprised that there wasn’t any detergent in the apartment for guests to use. Lastly, I did find the apartment to be incredibly hot despite having AC. At times it was hotter inside the apartment than it was outside, even with the AC on. Overall, it was a great stay in a really central location that allowed me to do everything I wanted, I would stay again :)

Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Ausblick ist super schön. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich, der Kontakt war unproblematisch. Wir haben meistens einen Platz zum parken in der Straße bekommen. Negativ:Der Schlafplatz war auf einer Empore. Man muss sich bücken.Der Weg in den Ort und insbesondere abends zurück über Treppen und durch ein kleines Wäldchen ist nicht beleuchtet und ohne Taschenlampe nicht zu benutzen.

Unser Urlaub bei Maria war fantastisch! Maria ist sehr zuvorkommend und eine sehr liebevolle Gastegeberin!Da wir ohne Auto angereist sind, hat sie uns beim Treffpunkt in ihrem Restaurant selbst zur Wohnung gefahren und uns vor Ort alles genau gezeigt.Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist der absolute Wahnsinn!Man ist sehr schnell (ca. 15 minuten) nach unten an den Hafen und Strand gelaufen. Der Rückweg zur Wohnung ist mit anstiegen und Treppen gut erreichbar. Man sollte allerdings gut zu Fuß sein.Die Wohnung ist absolut eine Empfehlung! Danke für die Gastfreundschaft! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Appartement

Unglaublich gastfreundlicher Empfang - Maria hat uns so liebevoll umsorgt und sich gekümmert, trotz unserer stark verspäteter Ankunft. Schon im Vorfeld exzellente telefonische Kommunikation, ist nicht zu toppen: ganz lieben Dank dir, Maria!Gut ausgestattetes Appartement, ruhig in der Anhöhe gelegen mit herrlichen Ausblick; Anstieg ist bei der Hitze zwar anstrengend, aber lohnt und sollte man als tägliche sportliche Aktivität betrachten. Einzig der Schlafbereich mit der sehr niedrigen Decke ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Auch fehlte uns eine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit der großen Fensterfront, da im Sommer die Sonne recht früh aufgeht und es dann sehr hell ist.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei einer tollen Gastgeberin

Die Wohnung übertraf unsere Erwartungen, wir vermissten nichts während unserem Aufenthalt.Da wir zu Fuß angereist sind, war Ana Maria sogar so nett, uns hoch zur Unterkunft zu fahren und uns alles zu zeigen. Die Wohung war sehr sauber, der Ausblick überragend und wir konnten 4 tolle Tage hier verbringen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, jedoch ohne Backofen oder Mikrowelle, das sollte man bei längeren Aufenthalten einplanen.Man muss wissen, dass man zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten den Berg hochlaufen muss, aber das ist für jeden der gut zu Fuß ist kein Problem. Der Weg ist sehr ruhig. Der größte Vorteil and der Lage: man hat nur 5 Minuten Fußweg zum besten Aussichtspunkt für abendliche Sonnenuntergänge!Wir wären noch länger geblieben und können die Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Très bien mais chambre en mezzanine

La communication et l'accueil étaient parfait, nous avons pu accéder à l'appartement plus tôt que prévu. Ce dernier était bien propre, bien aménagé avec literie confortable. La terrasse et la vue c'est ce que nous retiendrons. Par contre grand déception quand nous avons découvert que la chambre est en mezzanine. Rien dans l'annonce (ni dans les photos) n'indiquait cela. De plus la hauteur de cette mezzanine est très (trop) basse. c'est le seul (gros) point négatif de notre séjour de 8 nuits. Nous pensons que c'est important de dire qu'il y a un escalier et qu'il s'agit d'une mezzanine, il ne s'agit pas d'un détail négligeable à notre sens.

Perfekt für uns zwei

Unser Aufenthalt bei Maria war super. Unser Flug nach Spanien ging sehr früh und somit wurde es uns möglich gemacht viel früher als geplant einchecken zu können! Die Wohnung an sich ist für uns 2 perfekt gewesen und die Terasse ist einfach wow ! Wir kommen gerne wieder

Gemütliche Unterkunft

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einmalig und der kleine Spaziergang zum Hafen (ca 10-15 Min.) war kein Problem. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Wunderschönes Appartement mit schöner Aussicht

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Marias Appartement. Es war alles wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und liebevoll dekoriert. Die zweckmässige Küche könnte um das eine oder andere Utensil erweitert werden (Teekanne, Brötchenkorb, Eierbecher und Eierpieker, Kochlöffel) Auf der grosszügigen Terrasse lässt es sich wunderbar sitzen und man hat einen tollen Blick in die Berge und einen Teil der Bucht. Wir wurden zu Beginn sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und es gab sogar noch eine kleine Überraschung. Einen Parkplatz findet man immer an der Straße. Den Strand und das Zentrum erreicht man in ca 10 min. Zu Fuß. Es führt eine Treppe und ein Schleichweg durch ein kleines Wäldchen.

Stilvoll entspannen in Port de Sóller

Wie können uns den positiven Bewertungen hier eigentlich nur anschließen. Das Apartment ist so stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, daß wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Terrasse mit ihrem phantastischen Ausblick ist ein absolutes Highlight. Maria ist super nett und eine tolle Gastgeberin. Wem der Sinn nach feiner Küche in schönem Ambiente steht, dem können wir ihr Restaurant "Agapanto" nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, und waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal in Maria's Apartment.
