The "Eiche" holiday rental is located on the ground floor and features a spacious balcony surrounded by greenery. It includes one bedroom, an open-concept living and dining area, and a bathroom.

The balcony, which has a dining table that seats four, offers an unobstructed view of the forest and meadows. The large windows make the holiday rental feel particularly bright and are equipped with electric blinds. Underfloor heating with separate control via room thermostats.

The centrepiece of this luxury holiday rental is the large living area with its many floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the garden. An additional sleeping area is provided by the pull-out sofa (sleeping surface 160x200 cm) in the living room, allowing the holiday rental to accommodate up to four people. The holiday rental features a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and ample storage space in the custom-built closet. The bathroom includes a spacious, walk-in shower as well as a sink and toilet.

One parking space per apartment is available in front of the house. Pets are allowed upon request. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. For groups of up to 8 people, the entire house can be rented upon request.
