Very comfortable Greek villa

Excellent communication, very nice welcome including selection of free groceries! We had an excellent stay in this very comfortable villa, good beds, fully equiped kitchen, marvelous pool! Very likely we will visit again!

Our family of seven adults had a wonderful time and the house was great. The hosts were very welcoming and kept in constant communication. They took care of all our needs and made for a very pleasant experience! The view has been altered by the construction next door, but the house and the island were well worth the trip! The weather was not too hot, everyone was very friendly, and we were able to have a relaxing time.

Great location and a lovely house

We stayed two families (4 adults and 3 children) and were very pleased with the house and location. The pool was fantastic and there were plenty of good restaurants within walking distance of the house. The beach was just a short drive from the house and our lovely host Daniel helped us with car rentals with a good price. Daniel was very helpful and accommodating. Overall we had a really good stay. :)

Beautiful Property

A beautiful villa in a great location. We were able to walk to the local village in less than 10 minutes which has great places to eat and a well stocked, small shop. Lovely view to the hills and sea with an easy drive to the nearest beach in 5 minutes. The villa is well maintained and really comfortable with a lovely outside area with large table and chairs for eating, plus great sunbeds and a plenty of shade. The pool is clean and great for a family. The teenage boys loved the downstairs self contained area with table tennis,table football and TV. We had a great stay

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Leider wurde gerade direkt daneben gebaut, die Aussicht von der Terrasse war dadurch total eingeschränkt, jeden Tag schon ab 7:30 Baulärm und auch die Straße haben wir unterschätzt. Das Haus selbst, die Küchenausstattung, die Terrasse sehr schön.Leider wurde uns der Bau erst 4 Wochen vorher kommuniziert, wir haben uns aber gut arrangieren können mit den sehr sympathischen Vermietern.Der Ort sehr nett, aber auch sehr deutsch geprägt. Viele kleine Restaurants, in denen man lecker isst und sehr freundlich umsorgt wird.

Danke für die sehr gute Bewertung unseres Hauses! Unser Haus liegt an der einzigen Straße, die direkt in den charmanten Ort Kalamaki führt. Sie wird hauptsächlich von Anwohnern und Strandbesuchern genutzt, weshalb das Verkehrsaufkommen sehr gering ist – besonders morgens und abends herrscht dort angenehme Ruhe. Im Haus selbst spürt man keinen Verkehrslärm, was viele Gäste als echten Vorteil hervorheben. Die Baustelle auf dem Nachbargrundstück liegt außerhalb unseres Einflussbereichs. Die Bauarbeiten stellen eine Ausnahme dar, da normalerweise während der Saison aus Rücksicht nicht gebaut wird. Sobald wir davon erfuhren, haben wir Sie umgehend informiert. Die Fertigstellung ist laut Bauherr bis Mai 2026 zum Saisonstart vorgesehen – somit können zukünftige Gäste die ruhige Lage unserer Villa uneingeschränkt genießen. Wir schätzen Ihr Feedback sehr und verstehen, dass die genannten Punkte Ihren Eindruck beeinflusst haben – dennoch glauben wir, dass unser Haus mit seiner ruhigen Lage und den vielen positiven Eigenschaften eine höhere Bewertung verdient!

Séjour en Crète

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette très belle région de la Crète. La maison que nous avions. louée n’était pas parfaite pas de rangements , chambre sans fenêtre. Construction d’une maison juste à côté , route bruyante.Acces. Difficile pour la voiture. Étant donné le prix on aurait pu s’attendre à mieux.

Wir können diese Bewertung leider nicht nachvollziehen. In unserem Haus gibt es genügend Schränke und Stauraum. Jeder Raum hat Fenster, außer ein kleines Badezimmer auf der unteren Ebene hat kein Fenster aber eine Be- und Entlüftungsanlage. Unser Haus liegt an einer wenig befahren Straße. Das Haus ist in den Hang gebaut und hat eine steile Einfahrt. Darüber wurde der Gast ebenso über die räumlichen Gegebenheiten informiert. Da unsere Gäste sehr alt waren, benötigen diese täglich Hilfe von uns. Weiter erfüllten wir einige Sonderwünsche und dies haben wir auch gerne getan!

7 Übernachtungen in einer tollen Villa, mit allem, was benötigt wird, ausgestattet und mit einer Hausverwalterin der extra-Sonderklasse! Andrea ist sofort zur Stelle, wenn ihr Rat gefragt ist und hilft schnell und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, waren durch alle Beschreibungen bestens informiert und konnten die Tage sehr genießen.

Het betere werk

Als je Zuid Kreta, omgeving Matala, wil verkennen is dit de ideale uitvalsbasis. Op wandelafstand van het gezellige dorpje Kamilari, op 5' rijden van het rustige strand van Kalamaki met z'n gezellige restaurantjes en 10' van het iets bruisendere Matala zelf. Villa Gamma heeft alles wat je nodig hebt als je een dagje wil genieten aan het zwembad. Een waanzinnig uitzicht op de bergen en de zee, goede ligbedden, schaduw als je wil gans de dag door, ... Het huisje zelf is spic&span proper en biedt alle confort en luxe die men zich kan wensen. Kortom top over heel de lijn, een aanrader !!!

Très jolie petite maison

Cette maison est très sympa Les photos reflètent vraiment la réalité Clim dans le salon et ventilateur dans les chambres super appréciables La piscine est très agréable et la terrasse aussi Le barbecue était vraiment un plus 👍 Proche des plages (Kommos et Matala )et des grandes villes (prevoir une voiture en boîte auto les côtes sont rudes dans la région 😅) Le marché de Moires est vraiment à faire et très proche de la maison Les restaurants sont vraiment sympa aussi Le Lamb House a été notre préféré à moins de 10 mins de la maison. Rien à redire beau séjour à l’écart des flux de touristes du nord de la Crête
