"Hygge" Vacation Rental Under a Thatched Roof in St. Peter-Ording<br><br>This 50-square-meter vacation rental, furnished in a modern, maritime style, extends from the upper floor of the Hallig Oland vacation home up to the attic—under a typical North Frisian thatched roof.<br>Up to 3 people will find a wonderful base for a great vacation in St. Peter-Ording here, in a central location in the Dorf neighborhood. The Dorf neighborhood offers numerous restaurants, cafés, and shopping options to explore and browse. The nearest sandy beach is Böhler Strand, where you can park right at the entrance. <br><br>The combined living and dining area is lovingly and attractively furnished. A cozy seating area consisting of a sofa, armchair, and footstool ensures comfortable relaxation. A flat-screen TV, free open Wi-Fi, and a large selection of books provide entertainment and variety. The adjacent, separate kitchen is very well-equipped and connected to the living room via a counter-style serving hatch. The modern kitchen’s amenities include, among other things, an induction cooktop and oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee maker.<br>The modern vacation rental features a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The spacious bedroom is located in the attic. Das Atrium Haus gibt ein Gefühl von Sicherheit. Das Appartement ist geschmackvoll möbliert. Die hellen Farben wirken nobel und sauber. Die vielen Lichtinseln gestalten die Räume am Abend besonders gemütlich. Kissen und Decken sind im Überfluss vorhanden, um es kuschelig zu machen. Eine reiche Auswahl an Büchern ist vorhanden. Moderne Literatur bringt man besser selbst mit. Die Ausstattung ist reichhaltig. An Geschirr, Gläsern, Besteck, Töpfen und Pfannen mangelt es nicht. Der Induktionsherd mit 4 Platten funktioniert hervorragend. Eine Spülmaschine ist keine vorhanden. Dafür ist das Spülbecken groß und tief und das warme Wasser auf Wunsch mehr als ausreichend heiß. Der Fernseher bietet eine breite Palette Sender, besitzt aber keine Möglichkeit, Kopfhörer über Bluetooth zu koppeln. Radio mit CD-Player ist vorhanden. Das WLAN ist unverschlüsselt, im Schlafzimmer nicht zu empfangen. Zudem muss man seine Geräte viel zu oft aufs neue anmelden. Die Ausrichtung der Wohnung nach Süden mit einem großen 3-gliedrigen Fenster in der Dachgaube gibt dem Raum Helle und Weite und einen Panorama-Blick ins Grüne frei. Der Hauback ist von großzügigem Grün umgeben und durch den Abstand zur Straße und zu allen umliegenden Anwesen sehr ruhig. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden Eine Schranke hält unberechtigte Nutzer fern. Fahrräder u.ä. können in einer eigenen abschließbaren Garage untergestellt werden. Die Treppe ins DG knarzt. Die Matratzen sind weich. Gesamtnote aber sicher eine 9,x von 10.

Die Mitarbeitenden schienen - selbst bei einer kurzen Anfrage nach dem Einchecken im Objekt - dieses sofort vor dem geistigen Auge zu haben und konnten kompetent weiterhelfen. Echt super.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Zwei kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge hätten wir noch: 1 Fliegengitter oben im Schlafraum, es war nach dem Lüften der ein oder andere lästige Besucher da. Und evtl. 2 Gartenstühle/Liegen mit welchen man die Wiese vorm Haus bei schönem Wetter nutzen kann.

Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung der Wohnung ist immer Geschmacksache des Eigentümers. Die Wohnung wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, wobei die Funktionalität und die Anforderungen eines Urlaubers etwas vergessen wurden. Nicht falsch verstehen, das ist Kritik auf hohem Niveau. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig der Esstisch hat etwas geklebt. Das lag nicht an mangelnder Sauberkeit, sondern an dem Material der Beschichtung der Tischoberfläche. Was wir aber vermisst haben, ist ein trockener Unterstellplatz für unsere Räder.

Der Ablauf war einwandfrei. Im Vorfeld wurden alle notwendigen Informationen zur Buchung und Anreise zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Abholung des Schlüssels war unkompliziert. Die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und das Begrüßungspaket ist eine sehr nette Geste. Ich war rundum zufrieden.
